Updated Ranch in S. Charlotte Close to TOP GOLF!

Newly Renovated 3br Ranch by the new TOP GOLF Facility and Carowinds in a great Southwest Charlotte Location close the CLT Douglas Airport! Our home features 3 bedrooms, 1 Bath with Queen Beds in 2 rooms and 2 Twin Beds in the 3rd with a Convertible Sectional that turns into a Double Bed in the living room. There is a large back yard that is fully fenced and a large patio with a gas grill. The house is close to all major highways and plenty of activities and dining. Uptown Charlotte is roughly 20 minutes away depending on traffic. Pets may be considered.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The home felt very inviting once inside and didn't have any issues with check in. There was a spot on a pillow case in one of the bedrooms, but other than that there are no complaints from our stay

Enjoyed our stay. Home was clean, good location and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay. Would recommend cushions for outdoor chars, stock more than 2 dinner plates, small dressers possibly or elevated surface in room with two beds for suitcases. Overall very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Loved this rental; it was clean, comfortable, and we felt completely at home. So convenient to Carowinds (we took kiddos there one full day) and grocery stores. The interior of the house is beautifully updated and it had everything we needed. Would recommend highly and rent again!

Five of us met in Charlotte to visit the Billy Graham Library and our accommodations were great! Only thing we had to do was buy dishwasher soap, aluminum because there was none. No big deal as I brought it home. I would definitely book again!

Cute little house! Nice, QUIET, & safe neighborhood that is right behind Topgolf. The Charlotte Airport Overlook is 12 minutes fown the road and awesome to visit!! There is a business park right around the corner that has a lovely Waterbean coffee as well as a really cool sculpture(Metalmorphosis, you can google it). Total of four beds, the bigger beds were soft and the twin beds in the 3rd bedroom were firm. This made it perfect for all of us to sleep very comfortable!! Upon walking in it is very inviting and homey and a perfect getaway gathering for a lovely ladies weekend. The kitchen was nice also. It had a bar style window that peeked into the living room. Overall if you need a nice place to lay your head it's a great place to stay!!

Great deal, could just use some newer furniture

The house was a great deal, cute house, fenced in back yard. My only comment would be the furniture needs updated. There was not a single piece of comfortable furniture there and we did end up leaving at like 1 am the last night because we could not sleep on the extremely hard beds. Other than that we really did enjoy the house and weekend. :)
