Newly Renovated 3br Ranch by the new TOP GOLF Facility and Carowinds in a great Southwest Charlotte Location close the CLT Douglas Airport! Our home features 3 bedrooms, 1 Bath with Queen Beds in 2 rooms and 2 Twin Beds in the 3rd with a Convertible Sectional that turns into a Double Bed in the living room. There is a large back yard that is fully fenced and a large patio with a gas grill. The house is close to all major highways and plenty of activities and dining. Uptown Charlotte is roughly 20 minutes away depending on traffic. Pets may be considered.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This property, located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to the Charlotte Airport, was perfect for our family reunion weekend. My wife and I, plus our two grown sons, and our daughter-in-law were all able to sleep comfortably in the three bedroom house. The furnishing and renovations were all new. The kitchen, Keurig coffee station and free wifi were all greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay there again!

The home felt very inviting once inside and didn't have any issues with check in. There was a spot on a pillow case in one of the bedrooms, but other than that there are no complaints from our stay

The stay was nice overall, but I feel like a few things could have been better. There wasn’t enough tissue, there weren’t many towels available, and there wasn’t any washing powder available to wash clothes. I think having more basic supplies stocked would’ve made the stay more comfortable. Overall, I just feel like there was room for improvement.

Enjoyed our stay. Home was clean, good location and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay. Would recommend cushions for outdoor chars, stock more than 2 dinner plates, small dressers possibly or elevated surface in room with two beds for suitcases. Overall very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Everything we needed...

Loved this rental; it was clean, comfortable, and we felt completely at home. So convenient to Carowinds (we took kiddos there one full day) and grocery stores. The interior of the house is beautifully updated and it had everything we needed. Would recommend highly and rent again!
