This historic 1915 dwelling has been remodeled from top to bottom. All brand new everything and decorated with charm. You'll find everything you need in the fully stocked kitchen to make this your home away from home. Perfect for long or short stays. We provide everything you need. Just bring your vacation vibe!

Although we are close to the action, we are located in a quiet and safe courtyard. And, we have A/C!

This studio is perfect for a couple or family with kids. It has a queen size bed + queen size pull-out sofa bed. You'll have a large smart TV, lap blankets and everything you need to cuddle up and get cozy.

We are conveniently located near the GC railway, Bearizona, Elephant Golf Course and an easy 1 hour (or less) drive to the South rim of the Grand Canyon and the historic El Tovar.

The best part is.. you are steps away from restaurants, bars and unique shops and walking distance to the train depot. The grocery store is 2 blocks away. You won't find a better location!

We have stayed in VRBO properties all over the world, and this was one of the best! The studio apartment had plenty of space, and everything was provided (dishes, cleaning supplies, shower soap/shampoo). The quartz countertops, skylights with shades, laminate flooring, stainless appliances, and all dishes/cookware were top quality!One suggestion would be to add clothing storage, maybe a small wardrobe or shelf with hangers/hooks on the small wall next to the bed.We'll definitely be back to rent this lovely studio in Williams AZ!

We really enjoyed staying right on Route 66. We were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants. The place was clean and was easy to access. The sunlights let in a lot of light and the AC worked great. A couple of things to be aware of: (1) if you are a light sleeper and don’t wear earplugs then this might not be right for you as you are right next to the street and very close to the train tracks. My husband would hear the train horn at night. (2) there are steps into the bathroom. These things did not bother us (I wear earplugs at night) and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Yes. Buddy was good and felt at ease. Just felt like tight quarters. My hubby is a large guy so bed was a tad small for the both of us.

There is nothing more disappointing than receiving a 3-star review on the size of our beds and/or accommodations. If bed size is an issue, it would be prudent for the guest to look at the room details and/or reach out to the host to know the details prior to reserving. If bed size or room size is an issue due to a very large person, reach out to the host before reserving and then dinging them. It is VERY difficult to raise the rating of our very special property, when someone is so careless as to leave a 3-star review after not performing their due diligence. We provide top notch, thoughtfully decorated, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen & bath, and provide every modern appliance within this newly decorated historic building. We love to host. But.... this?

A cute place perfect for my family of four. Close enough to walk to the heart of everything and far away enough to get a good night's sleep. The place was clean, the host was very easy to reach, and always responded in a timely manner. Although we had no need for them, spare blankets were available; we also did not use the stove but were happy to have the option. Toward the end of our stay, I lost my wedding ring; the host was INCREDIBLY amazing and offered to send it back to me after it was found! I will absolutely be booking again.

This place was amazing. We loved being g right in the middle of everything in downtown Williams. We walked everywhere . The house was cozy and had state of the art appliances that really excited the cook in me! The only thing that may have been a plus was a few more ice cube trays. A special bonus was the grease bucket in the fridge! Something most places don’t think about. We didn’t see the “ book” until the morning we checked out - but that was our fault. If you are considering this place, you won’t be disappointed. -Dianne
