Belle maison au jardin botanique (appartement n ° 9)

Cette belle maison de trois chambres, deux salles de bain, 1002sq est située dans une zone verte et calme à l'intérieur Alamo Heights de San Antonio, juste derrière les jardins botaniques. Appartement est à distance de marche du zoo, Brackenridge Park, San Antonio Country Club et à seulement 10 minutes en voiture du centre-ville. Les 3 chambres comprennent des lits pour 6 personnes, un canapé dans le salon qui s'ouvre sur un lit queen-size et un lit pliant. Les deux sont très à l'aise! Cette maison peut accueillir un total de 9 personnes. Il est remodelé avec des planchers de bois et de tuiles, des ventilateurs de plafond dans toutes les chambres, des douches sur mesure et des douches sur mesure, des comptoirs en granit avec des éviers en acier inoxydable. Il comprend tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Il est entièrement meublé et équipé. Home comprend un téléviseur intelligent que vous pouvez utiliser avec Netflix et avec tous les câbles, Wi-Fi, laveuse et sécheuse, etc. Les hauts plafonds et les puits de lumière en font un espace lumineux et accueillant. Family fun a few blocks walk away

We enjoyed walking to the Botanical Gardens during the winter holiday festivities. There are eateries nearby and the Brackenridge Park a few blocks away.

Spring Break

The property was clean. It accommodated our family. Just be mindful if you get a downstairs apartment because we had people above us that made a lot of noise and as a result we cut our trip short. Pictures of interior was like the pictures. Great communication with manager. I would stay again but request upstairs.

Communication could have been better

We contacted Daniel to ask for a high chair which he said he could supply, more forks as the apartment was drastically short of cutlery and there were 9 of us and he had offered a clean while we were there so asked for an interim clean mid stay as we were staying for two weeks. Got a reply ‘Definately’. Forks arrived the day before we left, clean never happened, and no high chair arrived. We also found the dishwasher was not working when we arrived but told Daniel and nothing happened so assume the next people staying hadn’t got the dishwasher advertised either!The apartment was adequate for what we needed and the botanic gardens round the corner was lovely. We also found we could get buses within walking distance to the city. The beds seemed old and the sofa bed was past its best as we needed to use it as a bed and the one in the main bedroom could do with attention. However it was adequate for our stay. And we did have car parking.

Photos are deceiving

When we arrived - an hour and a half *after* check-in - the cleaning lady was midway through her job. She made a call and I talked to Brenda, the owner's assistant, who promised me a rate discount as a result of her mistake. Brenda admitted she got the property mixed up with another one. We left in order to give the cleaning lady time to finish. That night, San Antonio had a terrible storm. I awoke to the rain dripping on our bed! My husband moved the bed in the middle of the night, and the next day I contacted Brenda because the instruction manual said to contact the owner right away if there were "major" problems. She texted back that "it rained a lot" the night before, but never really said more than that. I don't know if the ceiling was fixed or not. Also, while we were there, one of the towel bars fell off the wall and the TV didn't work according to the instruction manual. The internet service is so bad that we couldn't even sign in to our own streaming accounts. There was a washer and dryer, but the washer was full of water and "out of order." The apartment complex itself is not nearly as nice as it looks in the photos. When we returned home, I messaged the owner about the rate discount Brenda promised and he said "he'd look in to it." I never heard back from him. My family is not high-maintenance by any means, but I wouldn't choose to stay here again. The whole experience was very disappointing to me. I thought they'd make it right. Bummer.

Great place!!

Let me start by saying this apartment was spotless and smelled so good!!! I stayed in this apartment for a weekend getaway in San Antonio and I was very pleased. The place was very well stocked, cleaned, great location, felt safe and close to downtown and seaworld. We were a group of 9 and we all fit perfectly. Definitely getting this place again for our next trip to San Antonio. The mattress in all beds felt very good we all slept very good.

Fun summertime visit

My sis and I had a great time visiting the San Antonio Botanical Gardens. It’s within walking distance! Nice clean affordable apartment. Good showers and beds.

Great location

We loved the location. The apartment is clean. The area is quite. Very close to Botanical garden, Japanese garden and River walk. Unfortunately we saw some roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. And the faucet in the bath tab was so hard to turn.

We found this property to be as listed.

Since this was our first time staying in San Antonio, we were a little nervous about the location of this property. However, we were very comfortable with the area. Husband and I took the short walk to the Botanical Gardens with ease. We spent most of our time away from the property and only used it for sleeping and a quick breakfast. Many restaurants and stores close by. The unit was supplied with all we needed for our stay. All the appliances were in working order. We did not try the washer and dryer, but it was available and even had laundry soap, if needed. Anyone who has ever tried sleeping on a sofa sleeper, knows they are not comfortable and this one was as suspected. We had two small children that were able to sleep on the sofa sleeper without complaint, but an adult would most likely not be comfortable. I would recommend this property for a short trip to San Antonio.

Great location

We were in San Antonio for my daughter's graduation from BMT. The apartment itself was clean and had plenty of space and the location was great. Just a few minutes away from the airport and only a short distance to downtown. The beautiful Botanical Gardens were just a block away. It was easy to navigate San Antonio from this location. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

Property was as advertised

In general this property was as as advertised. Good location, clean, and well furnished. Only issue we had was that the tenants before us put the AC down to the low 60's and froze the AC system. we did not have AC while we were in the unit. not something that the landlord had any control over.

As you mentioned, the freezing of the AC unit was unfortunately due to the previous tenants setting the temperature excessively low. While this was out of my control, I understand how frustrating it must have been to not have proper cooling during your visit. Please know that I have since thoroughly inspected and serviced the AC system to ensure it is functioning correctly. I have also implemented additional checkout procedures to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future. Your comfort and satisfaction are extremely important to me, which is why I strive to provide a well-maintained property and address any concerns promptly. I appreciate your understanding regarding the AC situation and hope this isolated incident does not deter you from considering my rental again. Thank you once more for your valuable feedback. Nice house for family stay

We used the house as a halfway point for our trip to South Padre. The house is nice, clean, and a good location for several tourist locations. Not too far from serveral places. The owner responded quickly when we asked a question about the AC.

pretty nice but had a small problem

The property is clean and neat. The room was spotless. It needs new blinds on the windows because some of them were broken. The internet went down on Friday and still was not working when we left on Saturday. It wouldn't have been a problem but the Tv is sling and roku and without internet nothing worked. I probably won't stay there again strictly because the person covering during Shabbat had no idea what to do about fixing the internet and it was very frustrating

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME FOR THE FACT BEING THAT THE WHOLE PLACE IS SUPER CLEAN AND THEY HAVE A WASHER AND DRYER WITH DETERGENT AND FABRIC SOFTENER FOR YOUR USE. THE BEDS ARE COMFORTABLE IF I COULD I WOULD HAVE STAYED ALL DAY IN MY BED.

Very disappointing!

Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed with our stay at this property. The apartment smelled awful - like some kind of cleaning chemical. There were cockroaches all over the place. One of the toilets wasn’t fixed to the floor, so it wobbled. The washing machine made a terribly loud noise while it was running. There were no wine glasses, and no dish washing soap. The turn table in the microwave was broken. There were dogs barking all night keeping us awake, cat or dog poop all over the ground outside the apartments, and the entire place was very poorly maintained. When we arrived, two of the bedrooms had no electricity. The owner took care of it within a few hours, but it was still inconvenient. To top it all off, it was located in a run down part of town, and we didn't feel safe. I would definitely not recommend this place :(
