Belle maison au jardin botanique (appartement n ° 10)

Cette belle maison de trois chambres, deux salles de bain et 1002 m² est située dans une zone verdoyante et tranquille à l’intérieur des hauteurs d'Alamo de San Antonio, juste derrière les jardins botaniques. Appartement est à distance de marche du zoo, Brackenridge Park, San Antonio Country Club et à seulement 10 minutes en voiture du centre-ville. Les 3 chambres comprennent des lits pour 6 personnes, un canapé dans le salon qui s'ouvre sur un lit queen-size et un lit pliant. Les deux sont très à l'aise! Cette maison peut accueillir un total de 9 personnes. Il est remodelé avec des planchers de bois et de tuiles, des ventilateurs de plafond dans toutes les chambres, des douches sur mesure et des douches sur mesure, des comptoirs en granit avec des éviers en acier inoxydable. Il comprend tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Il est entièrement meublé et équipé. Home comprend un téléviseur intelligent que vous pouvez utiliser avec Netflix et avec tous les câbles, Wi-Fi, laveuse et sécheuse, etc. Les hauts plafonds et les puits de lumière en font un espace lumineux et accueillant. Vous allez l'adorer! En dehors de l'appartement, il y a un barbecue et un coin salon, des arbres fruitiers et de nombreuses places de stationnement.

Il y a une chaise haute et Pack n Play disponible (sur demande)

Very clean and comfortable space. The host was very responsive and helpful. It was also close to fun things to do with the family and quick access to 35 to get to Lackland. Great stay with my family for my son’s basic training graduation.

Good price, ok experience

The price we paid was great and it was a quick drive to everything we wanted to do. The stay, however, did seem to be in a relatively rough neighborhood and the property manager never responded to multiple messages. It was very nice on the inside though!

Lovely stay!

We had everything we needed to stay comfortably and safely close to everything we wanted to see! The beds were soft and comfy and the place fit all eight of us wonderfully. We weren’t able to connect to the wifi in the apartment but that was minimal compared to how lovely our stay was. We’re super grateful and definitely staying here again if we can!

Said it had pool both online and check in paper. But when we asked manager he said this property did not and gave no reason as to why it was advertised as having one

Hello Diane, we do not advertise a pool on the amenities at all. The welcome binder does mention pool service but that was my office mistake, they just printed and forgot to delete the information for the houses we manage. We are so sorry and hope you give us another chance in the near future. I do have homes available with pools and hot tubs. Thank you, Daniel.

Warning!!! Cats nest

The pictures do not depict this space. Floors are warped. Rooms are tiny. Area is sketchy. Smells like cat urine inside and out of unit. We walked in and was immediately disappointed. We did not stay one night. The manager refused a refund. Lost over $800 during Christmas!!!!!

Jewal, sorry for you disappointing experience. We do send contact information when we are not available, if you did not speak with anyone, not sure how we could not help you. We have great communication with guest and usually have no issues resolving something with out guest, but if you did not cancel your reservation appropriately, I could not refund you if your reservation blocked it from being reserved by someone else.

There was no internet when we checked in so we couldn’t work and kids couldn’t settle in an watch any tv or device. Wasn’t expected to come back on for whole evening. We decided to leave and host was not very communicative or cooperative. We asked for cleaning fee back but they lied and said all beds were unmade which was totally untrue as we left it spotless. Would not rent from this host ever again.

Wonderful place to stay

We were in town for a family wedding. Stay was relaxing in a very clean home. Host was super responsive! Never ran out of hot water, even with six adults showering and running the washing machine. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Clean and well- stocked

This place met all of our needs. It was easy to find, clean, wonderfully air conditioned, and well- stocked. There were more than enough towels and bed linens. Daniel was also very prompt to respond to any of our questions. Great stay!

nice place in a nice location

The apartment is spacious, and the bathrooms are especially nice and updated. The location is convenient to downtown and Brackenridge Park and within a five-minute walk to the garden. The main problem we had for the first five nights of our 12-night stay was that we did not have cable(live) TV until a cable guy hooked it up for us. Also, the neighborhood leaves a lot to be desired. Some of the homes are in very poor condition, and there is a fair amount of trash and broken glass in the street and on neighbors' yards. Overall, however, our experience was a good one.

Convenient and Clean

Check in was very easy and the rental was clean and readied for us. Everything was just as it was pictured online. We were one block from the San Antonio Botanical Gardens. We spent one morning exploring the parks in the garden district and they were awesome. The check out was easy and the chore burden on the guest was very minimal. Communication with the host was clear and quick.
