High Street Cottage, freshly updated, is a cute, cozy 2 bedroom, 1 full bath space with Blue Ridge Mountain views. Features include a fully equipped kitchen and new furnishings throughout. Large Smart TV with Xfinity high speed internet. Enjoy coffee on the front porch or end the day around the backyard firepit. Only steps from Downtown Crozet, 3 miles to King Family Vineyard & Chiles Orchard and 15 minutes from Charlottesville. Hiking, SUP, biking nearby. Pet-friendly with prior approval. Signed renter agreement required.

The house was very centrally located in Crozet, an easy walk to restaurants and the brewery. It was very cosy and had lots of little extras like coffee and dog treats! We were there for one night for the walk through for our daughters wedding at one of the local vineyards and it was perfect for our needs.

Our 2nd stay and we once again enjoyed this house. Clean and fully stocked, comfortable and walking distance to restaurants. We did need a thing but owner checked in on us anyway which we thought was very nice! We will be back!

Exactly what we looking for as we met up with friends to do wineries, shopping, orchards etc. So clean and comfortable. We loved the backyard and deer we saw first morning. Central to all you need gas stations, grocery stores, wineries, and antiques. Amy made sure we had access to everything the area had to offer.

High Street Cottage
Great location for getting to restaurants and the park with kids. House was exactly as described and perfect for a quick getaway. Close to Charlottesville too.

Great Cottage and location
The house was perfect for our weekend trip. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. The pumpkin bread and dog toys the hosts provided was a nice touch. Highly recommend this cottage and we plan to stay here again.

Perfect for a wedding weekend in Crozet
This cottage was the perfect place to stay for two couples attending wedding events all weekend in Crozet. It was conveniently located for the wedding shuttle, and we were way closer to the venue than our friends who stayed at a hotel in waynesboro, which was appreciated at the end of the night. Highly recommend staying here!

Great location. Walked in the morning for breakfast and lunch. Super clean.
Attended a wedding at King Family vineyard. Perfect location. Owner was responsive and friendly. Thanks for the banana bread!

This house was conveniently located walking distance to bakeries and a park. Check in was easy and communication was great.

We are local realtors with our own boutique real estate agency, Stevens & Company. While we have been realtors for quite a while, more than 20 years, Stevens & Company has been in business since 1938. We are happy to be continuing the family business.
We have five short term rental properties in the Crozet area - High Street Cottage, Mountain Suite, Train Suite, Carter Street and Sugar Hollow Outpost. We have several other rental properties in the Crozet area.
We live just outside of Crozet in the Sugar Hollow area of Albemarle County. We live on the Moormans River and love it! Hiking, biking, fishing and more are just outside our front door.
We have four mostly grown children and two dogs (Henry and Lucy) and two kitties (Chester and Lizzie).
