Please respect the serenity of the lake—quiet time begins at 10:00 p.m. so everyone can enjoy a peaceful night under the Texas stars.

Dining Etiquette
Meals belong in the dining room—no food or drinks in the bedrooms, please. Help us keep the space fresh and inviting for every guest.

Trash & Clean-Up
Before checkout, please dispose of all garbage in the outdoor trash bin.
All trash must be bagged—no loose trash. A $100 fee applies for unbagged waste.

Safety Reminder
Our home sits near a busy road—keep a close watch on children and pets.
Hosts and property owners are not liable for any injuries or damages during your stay.

Energy & Security
Before heading out or checking out, please:
• Turn off all lights, A/C, and electronics.
• Close all windows.
• Lock the doors.

Damages
Please report any damages or breakages promptly.
Guests are responsible for damages up to $1,000, which will also be reported to Airbnb.
