Helena was an awesome host. Send specific location instructions and actually spoke with the taxi driver to be sure we arrived at the right location. Met us at the apartment. Location and view are awesome!

A great apartment with a great view! The apartment is exactly as described with everything you could need during your stay. Helena is an ideal host- she responds quickly and is very helpful, even offering some neighborhood recommendations. Would absolutely stay here again!

Location was excellent, view was superb, space was plentiful and air condition in every room was very nice. The host is very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help the guests make the best of their time in Seoul. Next time we come, we are staying here.

The place has beautiful view from the top and located in a safe but very active, modern area close to 2 major palaces that you would want to visit when in Seoul. It had everything we needed and felt very cozy! Would come back!

We had the most incredible experience staying at this location on Sajik-ro in Seoul. From the moment we arrived, our host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was warm, generous, and incredibly kind throughout our entire stay.She took the time to give us thoughtful, personalized recommendations for places to visit, including hidden local gems and must-see spots that we never would have found on our own. It really elevated our whole trip and gave us a much richer sense of the neighborhood and city.What stood out most was how attentive she was. She checked in regularly just to make sure we had everything we needed, without ever being intrusive. It’s rare to find a host who is both so hands-off when you want privacy and so present when you need help.The location itself was fantastic too, well situated and easy to get around from. Between the great spot and truly exceptional hospitality, this was one of the best hosting experiences we’ve had. Highly, highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Seoul!

We had a wonderful stay at Helena’s condo in Seoul. Helena was an exceptional host—very gracious, welcoming, and communicative from the time of booking through the end of our stay. She was always responsive to any questions we had and made sure everything went smoothly.The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is truly in the heart of Seoul, and it would be difficult to find a better spot for exploring the city. One of the highlights of the condo was the spectacular views of the presidential palace during the day, and the city skyline at night. Many major attractions, restaurants, shopping areas, and public transportation options were conveniently nearby.We highly recommend Helena’s place to anyone visiting Seoul and would gladly stay here again on a future trip. Thank you, Helena, for being such a wonderful host!

Our host, Helena, was an amazing communicator and welcomed us with opened arms. We feel like we’ve made a life-long friend! Her apartment was clean, and it had everything we needed for cooking meals. We loved the bidet so much, my husband ordered one for our house back in Texas!! I highly recommend renting from Helena. She is honest, warm, welcoming, and helpful!

Our communication with the host, Helena, started before we arrived. Helena answered all our questions and provided pictures of garage to ensure our arrival was a smooth one. The property was clean with a plenty of towels, linens, comfortable couch, breakfast table, comfy chairs, and desk. Our favorite part of the property was the view which was open to the mountain and the city. The property was within a walking distance to Gyongbokgung palace and MMCA. The property description provided by the host was spot on. I recommend you take taxi to get aroundbecause they are inexpensive, convenient, and saves time. I highly recommend you hit the spots that are highest in your list firstbecause you could easily run out of time to do everything you wanted to do.

I was so worried about renting a VRBO internationally. I had not had any experience doing so. I was booked to stay at a large hotel in Seoul and thought…what the heck—I will give this a try. After staying in several hotels during our visit, this was by far the best time we had. Just wonderful. Wait till you see the view when you walk in. This is like having your own penthouse. The apartment is meticulously kept. The location ….this is amazing. Wait till you see the nighttime view. Our taxi driver as we were coming here from the train station said “oh you are staying in one of the best neighborhoods”. That was more true than you can imagine. You can be anywhere within minutes. You can walk to the great palace and square. I just do not know how to put in words how wonderful this experience has been. The host…well that is next level—she saw us walking the wrong way from her car after giving us directions….so she called!!! It was true, we were lost!There is a HUGE gym downstairs that has got to be one of the best equipped gyms I have ever been to. They charge a nominal fee. I do mean nominal. Way cheaper than in the US anyway. There is a laundromat in the same place and across from the gym entrance (There is a washer/dryer in the apartment—but a little small and a little slow—as are many of these in South Korea). For larger and faster loads we just went down the elevator…and there is a great facility.Huge assortment of stores all around!
