Enter into the main level to be welcomed with a fully stocked kitchen and small dining area. The adjacent living room features a cozy electric fireplace and large Smart TV above. Guests can enjoy their morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the back porch overlooking the beautiful mountain view. The full bathroom is also located on the main level and offers a custom tiled shower and a stacked washer and dryer. Head upstairs to the loft to find a king size bed awaiting you after a day full of fun adventures!

ADDITIONAL NOTES
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Towels and linens will be provided for you.
​​​​​​​- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.
- For comfort, we recommend bringing a set of flipflops or sandals to walk to and from the house to the hot tub and sauna.
- Firewood for the outside firepit may be purchased with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- Please observe a quiet hour of 10PM as there are full time residents nearby.
- This home is located on a moderately steep, gravel road. Guests are advised to come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle with high clearance to assist with navigating the mountain terrain. Snow chains may also be necessary during times of inclement weather.
- There are several cameras present around the property, none of which point at the house or any of the common areas. Cameras will be turned off while the home is occupied for guests privacy.
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
