About Rick Fausel
Rick grew up in Chicagoland skiing the Wisconsin hills until he discovered Summit County way back in the '70s. Lora came along for the Frisco trip for the 1st time 15 years ago and fell in love with the Colorado Rockies shortly thereafter. Lora is a big city girl from St. Petersburg, Russia but has to admit the unique Colorado mountain charm of downtown Frisco.
Rick Fausel purchased this Condo in 2013
Why Rick Fausel chose Frisco
Rick has stayed all over Summit county over the years and settled on Main Street Frisco (17) years ago returning every March for his annual ski trip.
What makes this Condo unique
The easy hop onto I-70 for the 10 minute ride to Copper can't be beat. You can also get to Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin in 20 minutes or so. The walk to Main Street for dining and drinking also fills out the non-ski time beautifully. A rental car is absolutely optional with all the convenient busing services in easy walking distance.

Great Location & Amenities
The condo is in great shape, especially for the age of the building around it - would definitely stay again! Steps to the pool and hot tub, which my kiddos enjoyed immensely.
Plenty of sheets and towels, which were also appreciated since we ended up using the pull out and needed to use the air mattress. While I know the mattresses are fairly new, they are incredibly stiff and after the first night my husband was so sore he couldn't sleep in the bed for a second night. The air mattress was very appreciated as an alternative! We appreciated all the different items available for use when cooking, including the crockpot! Also, LOVED walking in old town Frisco. We would likely return if it was an option!
Frisco vacation week, April 3-7, 2018
Excellent vacation half-week. Condo was great and super-convenient. It was comfortable, well-stocked, quiet and comfortable. A couple minor complaints:
1) footboard in bed in 2nd bedroom - too wide for mattress, I
kept banging into it and bruising my leg. No footboard or narrower would be better.
2) timer for gas log fireplace ticks like a time-bomb. They make silent timers that would be more peaceful.
All in all we were very satisfied with our accommodations.... thank you...
Clean, nice location to town.
The property was exactly what I expected, very nice! The pictures are exactly what you get. Finding the condo was kinda hard, since the numbers are on the doors and you can't see the doors from your car. Once you find it, it is very easy to access. We had a toilet that wasn't flushing right and contacted our renter, who responded right away! Luckily it fixed itself by the time the maintenance man came the very next morning. Quick response time to our needs, thanks.
Great location and amenities
Frisco was a perfect location for our trip. We headed to Vail two days, out to Beaver Creek the next and finished up at A-Basin. This property was centrally located for all 3 mountains. The unit itself was nicely stocked, had a grill and two bathrooms....exactly what we were looking for on this guys ski trip. The owner responded to all of my questions in a timely manner and we were not disappointed. We may come out again next year and do Breck, Keystone and another day at Vail because it was huge. Two thumbs up for this property.
Great location very convenient to downtown Frisco
The condo was very well stocked. The location is ideal. Rick was quick to respond to queries and great at communicating with us when the building had some technical issues that were out of his control. We would definitely stay again.
Nice condo. Great location
Nicely furnished condo. Great convenient location for walking to Frisco Main Street and driving to local resorts.
