Currently no washer/dryer in unit - fresh bedding and towels on request- Laundry facility short drive from unit (3-miles) or host will wash laundry - host provided laundry basket/bag) for additional $20.00 when host is available. One vehicle parking next to main entrance door. For your convenience keypad on main door.
Private covered patio for guest also a shared covered patio. BBQ grill on shared patio. Security cameras, clean, quiet, safe country property. Private property- host lives in main house. Unit is connected to backside of main home. Restaurants, grocery store, Diversion Canal River and night life 5-mins. away. Unit is equipped with a small hot water heater. Max of two guest

Tonia was the BEST host ! - the property was clean quiet and comfortable- her yard was so nice for our dog. She even had homey touches and holiday decorations. We were grateful for her communication and sharing her local knowledge.
