Very accessible to major shopping belt, trx is behind, pavillion is to the right and bukit bintang to the left. All within walking distance of no more than 5 to 10min A lot of eateries around. The 1 bedroom assigned is very spacious. Decently clean for a residence unit. The check in and out staffs are polite and professional.

Spanking new, excellent location, tight security

This is a new and fresh property. The room and furnishing are all brand new without any slight sign of wear and tear. Hotel maintenance in Malaysia is usually poor, it is good to have a new property like this one. The room is well appointed and has a good layout. It is not big but is cosy. It has a balcony which comes with glass windows. The balcony is separated from the living room with another glass door. In a way, it is double glazed, so the room is fairly quiet and shielded from the noise outside. Location is superb - very near to all the shopping centres e.g. Pavillion. The property is fronting a busy thoroughfare ie. Jalan Imbi. Could be noisy if you stay on a lower floor, so it might be better to request a room facing the back. Security is tight. We need to tap our room card thrice - to enter the lobby, to enter the lift lobby, to activate the lift - to reach our room floor. The reception and registration staff are helpful, friendly and efficient. There is a restaurant named "Wizards" on the ground floor. It serves modern western cuisine with an artistic touch. The food quality is good, the staff are friendly, the service is very good. Hotel breakfast is served in this restaurant with pre-arranged sets to choose from. There isn't much choice compared with a buffet breakfast, but the quality is good. We like this type of hotel breakfast - rather than the noisy and croweded. This hotel is worth staying again.

2ベッドルームに宿泊しました。 ロケーションは最高、パビリオンその他ブキッビンタンのダウンタウンには徒歩10分以下（道路渡るのが大変ですが）、ついでにGrabの乗り降り場にもなっているので出かけやすいです。 今回は時間が無くてプールには行けてませんが、二ヶ所ありました。 スタッフデスクは皆さん感じが良いです。

Disappointing

A very good location with friendly staff but given the high review score left feeling dissapointed for a number of reasons. Bad smell in the room wich was not fixed or attended too dispite notifying reception and promises to fix it. Only sufficient hot water for 1 person to shower, then requires 30 minute wait for the water to heat up again. Bar / restraunt was closed except breakfast for most of our stay pressumbly because of Chinese new year but not acceprable for a hotel. Food at breakfast was good but only 5 "western" options available (fixed menu) Overal maintainance was a little neglected for such a new building. A shame realy that with a bit more attention to deatail it could be a very good place to stay in KL but in our exoerince was just not to the standard offered by other places in the city.

Fantastic base to explore KL

Our two-bedroom apartment was large, perfectly clean and a great base to explore downtown KL. The staff were exceedingly helpful to understand the neighborhood and help us get around. The roof-top pool gives amazing views of the city in addition to being a nice place to relax. 10/10 would stay there again.

Excellent hôtel !

Hôtel très bien situé, juste à côté des commerces. Chambre confortable et spacieuse. Wifi très rapide. Grande salle de bain. Le personnel d’accueil et de chambre est très aimable et accueillant. Bon petit déjeuner gratuit. Les 2 piscines sont exceptionnelles, la vue y est magnifique. Je recommande cet hôtel !

美中不足

這酒店設施不俗且建成只二至三年，我覺得己O K，早餐精緻並非自助任吃，地點在金三角繁重的區域處，唯一美中不足是床塾，乘托力差令我腰椎下陷引起了睡覺的質素差及不能熟睡，單這缺點己大大扣分，如能改善就完美了
