Manzanita Casita with private heated pool and hot tub. A newer construction luxury home with your vacation in mind with family and friends. Enjoy family movies and games in the spacious & open living and dining space and enjoy the private outdoor patio areas with loungers to relax and unwind. Master bedroom has en-suite and guest bedrooms are spacious with King size beds!

Keybox is located on the front entry door. You will be provided a code prior to check-in.
The Neighborhood:
Take a dip in the lake or launch your watercraft at Old Mill Park, just 1 mile from your front door. After a day of fun on the water, slow things down with wine tasting at any of several nearby wineries such as Chelan Ridge, Succession Wines, Cairdeas Winery, and Lake Chelan Winery. Enjoy one of the numerous restaurants in downtown Manson, just 2.2 miles from the home. In Manson, you'll also find boat and jet-ski rentals along with a variety of entertainment at the Mill Bay Casino. Chelan is just short 5.9 miles away should you want to head into town.
Getting Around:
A 4x4 is recommended during the winter months.
Other Things to Note:
The seasonal pool is open approximately May through mid October, depending on weather. The hot tub is open all year long. Please note that this home is equipped with a Ring doorbell security camera that is pointed at the exterior entry walkway and driveway, along with security camera's that monitor the exterior of the home for safety and security purposes. The home has Free WiFi. Chelan County Permit STR 000268.
No Parties, No Events, No Smoking. No pets. Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am. Strict enforcement!
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. No unauthorized guests. If discovered, a fee of $150 per person will be charged and host may cancel booking immediately and without refund. Any unnaproved late check out's will result in a $150 fee. Our cleaners have a full day and a set schedule in advance that needs to be respected.
VRBO and Direct Bookings: A 3% non refundable processing fee, or $150 plus tax, whichever is greater or at managers sole discretion will apply and will not be returned if the reservation is canceled at any time after booking.
DAMAGE WAIVER
The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee (USD).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $10,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to Valley & View prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
How to Report Damage
Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages. To report accidental damage, please call the Valley & View Guest Services line.
Damage Waiver Additional Terms and Conditions
The Damage Waiver only covers damage that occurs during the authorized rental period and that Renter or an authorized guest reports PRIOR TO CHECK OUT. The Damage Waiver does not cover intentional damage or damage caused by smoking, pets or other animals brought onto the Property, or criminal activity. The Damage Waiver does not cover damage to any structure other than the Property covered by your confirmed, non-fraudulent reservation. Renter is responsible for any accidental damage that exceeds $10,000. Damages for covered claims in excess of $10,000 or for uncovered claims will be charged to the Renters credit card. The Damage Waiver program is provided and administered by SafelyStay, Inc.
TRUST AND SAFETY: The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $1,000,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury. The Trust and Safety Fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. See host cancellation policy for more details.
