My family and I had an excellent experience staying at this cozy house. The community is very peaceful. The house overall was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at Julie’s house. Julie was amazing in accommodating our early check in and very prompt in the communication. House was clean and very well equipped. It’s in a very nice location with almost all amenities close by. Parking was on the premises. We highly recommend this property for your next stay.

We stayed at this property for 6 nights and everything was as advertised. The place was clean and well-stocked, the host was very responsive, and check-in process was smooth. The property is located in a safe and welcoming neighborhood, with a beautiful mountain in the backdrop. It’s also close to many restaurants and stores. I would rent this place again.

This home is amazing! Communication with the owner was flawless and we were able to get in on time and without issue. The home itself is clean with a huge kitchen. There's a little dining area that seats five people, another area that sees three people in the living room and another area that would seem three more people, so there's plenty of room for everybody. What we appreciate it was the little touches that the owners put into it. For example, they had seasonal flavors for coffee and sugar and cream are available. Coffee is very important to us! . There were books for kids as well as adults and games for all family members. There is one small ensuite bathroom one very large bathroom with a tub and separate shower and then one bathroom off the kitchen with a shower sink and toilet. The beds are firm and comfortable with the amount of blankets that we were given. All in all, I highly recommend this home. There was nothing about it we would change.

Reported safety hazard upon check in and the host said they would address it after we left. There were nails sticking up from the threshold where you could catch your foot. What is the point of addressing it after we leave? We ended up placing a bath mat on top of it. Very tight about late check out. Have stayed in numerous properties over the years and never had a host not let us check out an hour late. One of the bathrooms was incredibly small with a sink that was barely usable for anything other than brushing teeth. Otherwise the property is pretty nice and convenient.

To avoid disrupting your visit, we didn’t send a repair technician into the home while it was occupied. Instead, the threshold was replaced immediately after your checkout, and the issue has been fully resolved. We were also happy to accommodate your early check-in request. We were unfortunately unable to extend a late check out because we had another guest scheduled to check in that same day. We work hard to provide a great experience for every guest and address maintenance items as quickly as possible while minimizing interruptions during a stay. Thank you again for your feedback.

Excellent staycation

Our expectations were exceeded with this house. It had everything we needed and more. As a family, we loved it. The house had toys for the kids and ample space for everyone. The only slight inconvenience was that it was very dark at night, which made it difficult for us to find the entrance.
