The house is on the edge of the traditional village Tsoukalades, surrounded mostly by olive trees and beautiful gardens. The road to the house goes though the village, passing from traditional neighbourhoods and some narrow roads. Nevertheless, large cars and jeeps can also pass without problems, only with some more attention. The villa is still inside the village, 7 minutes walk from its central square.
Very nice beaches are only 2,5 km away and famous beaches with crystal blue sea like Pefkoulia and Ag.Nikitas, only 5-6 km away. The town and port of Leykada is also 6 km away.
