Family Friendly Home
This was our second time staying in the home. We enjoyed every minute. The layout is perfect for multiple families with kids. The management staff was very responsive to all our questions. We would stay here again.
South Lake Tahoe
The house is really nice and clean very comfortable for the 11 people. The location is average. It’s too bad the check In time is so late in the afternoon, 4:00 pm and the check out time is too early 10:00 am.

House met and exceeded expectations of rental. Nice and cosey vibe with decent amenities provided to have a great stay. Very spacious with a good location close to ski resorts and rental places. Highly recommended and would rent again.
Poor Experience staying 2 nights
Weather was quite chilly and I called up upfront to confirm if there is wood for fireplace. It was confirmed there is wood so we did not take with us.
1) There was no wood at all and we reached quite late in eve, house was very cold, kids were shivering.
2) We requested for early check-in and they charged us $60 for that (to move checkin time from 4 PM to 12 PM), we reached around 6 PM and even then:
1) Driveway was full of snow, we spent hours to get to garage and clean up the snow.
2) Getting to front door was almost impossible as it was all packed upto 6 feet of snow, somehow we managed to get to the door.
IT WAS JUST NOT IN POSITION TO CHECK IN. THERE WAS ZERO EFFORT TO MAKE IT READY. NO WAY TO GET IN THE HOUSE, EVEN NOT IN DRIVE WAY.
2) Next day morning we called up again and requested for snow removal. They confirmed but no one showed up. We had to again cleanup to atleat manage drive way.
House inside was OK but terrible management. I would suggest not to spoil your trip and stay away!
We sincerely apologize for the lack of service you've received from our team. Our team has been busy this winter trying to help guests get through the driveway/entrance due to the snow. This is no excuse for the lack of service & communication you've encountered. I have been able to take a look at the notes in your reservation & it looks like our team has accommodated with a complimentary late check out. The house was perfect! There was plenty of space for us to hang out together, but also enough space for privacy. The game room was a huge hit for the kids and adults alike. It was nice that people go be upstairs playing and being loud in the game room while others could sit quietly downstairs making a puzzle. There wasn't much snow when we were there, but we still played in the little bit of snow there was in the backyard. The location was great too.
