Overall, we had a good stay, but there were a few things that could be improved. The area rugs throughout the home were very slippery and created a safety concern, as they had no backing and slid easily on the beautiful floors. The master bedroom did not have a TV, which is a feature many guests expect for relaxing at the end of the day. With a few updates and attention to these issues, the property could provide an exceptional experience.

Initially all the photos on the listing looked amazing until we got there. We walked in and immediately noticed the condo was not properly clean and everything was ridiculously old and overused. The prior renters must have had a dog because there was hair under the console by the master bedroom and near the kitchen. That hair not only did we carry all over the place but we even got it in the car from being stuck on our sock and clothes. It was ridiculous! The next morning we went to use the pool (which was the main reason we booked the place) and it was disgusting. You could tell it hadn't been cleaned in days, the water was murky. The pool boy came by and fixed all the pillows on the chair and left. My husband took the net and started picking bugs and leaves out of the pool. They finally cleaned it 2 days later. Then the day after they cleaned the pool they completely shut everything down so they can refilm and take photos for their marketing. You could tell they were actively scrubbing the common area and cleaning to pretend it looked nice in their videos and that's how we got fooled into booking this place. The kids were devastated that it was 95 F out and they couldn't use the pool all day due to their filming. They supposedly had curfew in place starting at 10 yet we had people partying by the pool until 1 am with nobody to enforce that curfew. They had garbage pick up supposedly that would get picked up daily, yet our whole floor didnt. I would not book this place.

First night after check in, our daughters found their sheets were never changed or cleaned- hair and black stuff all in sheets and on rug in room. Our girls had to stay somewhere else. Then, we hung our towel on one bar that completely fell off the wall. The next day, the bathroom was flooded- water all on top of sink and in bathroom floor- totally wet our toiletry bags. The faucets are peeling from very cheap quality fixtures- there was no extra blankets. The fab wouldn’t work for the hot tub area. I will say, management did a good job trying to make things right- but every day, it seemed to be something. We were disappointed. We had potential to maybe see if our daughter may want to live there in the future, but we quickly have ruled it out. Kudos to the manager as he was kind to bring extra blankets for us and fixed the towel rack and added another as we didn’t even have a place to hang but one towel. He tried to make it right, but we were done.
