With its excellent location on the water, enjoy watching passing boaters from the home's dock. Minutes from your front door, you can dip your toes in the sand at one of the area's beaches. While you are out and about, be sure to check out Largo Central Park, the Florida Botanical Gardens, Sand Key Park, Splash Harbour Water Park, and the area's numerous restaurants and shops.



When a break from the sun is warranted, settle down and get comfortable amidst the elegant living room seating. The second family room offers a cozy space to stream your favorite shows, and a wood-burning fireplace is available during the cooler season. Wonderfully Peaceful Get-a-way

The property was well kept and provided everything for a great stay. So convenient to the beaches and shopping, but still tucked away on a peaceful cul-de-sac. The Primary Bedroom downstairs was a bit hot, but not unbearable. We are looking for an opportunity to stay there again!
