This home is located 1 mile from Indian Rocks Beach nestled in a friendly neighborhood with accommodations for up to 8 guests. Perfect for families or groups of friends visiting the Largo/Clearwater and Gulf area beaches.

Home has 3 bedrooms (2 King, 1 Queen) a Florida room with two pull-out sofas (Full & Queen) and 2 full bathrooms.

The home boasts a split floor plan completely renovated and updated with new furniture throughout offering 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a Florida room, screened in lanai and a fully fenced in yard.

A short walk or a very quick drive to local grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, two nature parks within the neighborhood and so much more!

As you come in you are welcomed to a calm coastal and inviting living room with a Vizio 65” Smart TV and seating for everyone to relax after a long day in the sun. Wi-Fi is included (1 Gig Internet) for the whole family to utilize. TV stand offers board games, card games and books for kids. The living room and bedrooms all offer USB and plug option for charging of devices on the nightstands or end tables.

The kitchen has ample cooking and dining utensils (plates, bowls, cups, silverware, wine glasses, pots/pans, baking sheet, cutting board, pizza pan, cooking/serving utensils, crock pot, griddle, blender, toaster, microwave, and drip coffee maker with Folgers Classic grounds with filters to enjoy a home cooked meal if you do not feel like going out. Also, a dishwasher to clean everything after use. *Please note that the refrigerator does not have an ice maker however ice trays are available for use. The dining area offers seating for 6 people.

The primary bedroom located in the back of the home has a King bed with a Vizio 43” Smart TV on the wall, a dedicated workspace (a 24" computer monitor with HDMI cable is available for use if you need an extra screen for your laptop), full length mirror, blackout drapes and plenty of closet space.
The primary ensuite bath offers a shower and large vanity with ample counter and drawer space. We also provide Terra Infuse Tropical body wash, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer.

The second bedroom is located near the front of the home off the living room hallway and offers a King bed, Vizio 43” Smart TV on the wall, a dedicated workspace, blackout drapes and plenty of closet space.

The third bedroom is across the hall from the second bedroom located in the back of the home and next to the 2nd bath. This bedroom offers a Queen bed, a Vizio 43” Smart TV on the wall, blackout drapes and a closet.

Second bath offers a tub/shower combo with plenty of drawer and counter space for your needs. Terra Infuse Tropical body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer included.

The Florida room is a small step outside of the dining room and offers two pullout sofas (Full & Queen). It is an open area room where the kids can enjoy one of the many board games provided for them, a quiet place to read a book or just relax. The dark gray pullout sofa (Full) is suitable for 1 adult or 2 smaller children. The lighter gray pullout sofa (Queen) is suitable for 2 adults or 2 children. There is also additional bar seating in the Florida Room for up to 3 people.

*We also have two twin size air mattresses (with built-in pumps) that can be provided upon request. Please let us know if you would like to utilize the pullout sofa or air mattresses prior to check in so that we can provide sheets for them.

The back screened lanai offers a rearrangeable sectional to enjoy a drink after a long day or coffee before everyone awakes. It overlooks the fully fenced-in backyard, which has plenty of room for play.

- All rooms have remotes to turn on fans/lights

Additional Notes:
- The house is in a quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood thus we kindly ask all guests to please keep the noise volume to a reasonable level 24/7.
- There are security cameras in the front and northside of the home for security of our home and our guests.
- All outside lighting in front of house will turn on automatically from dusk till dawn.
- Please use the walkway to/from the front door and avoid the plants.
- Quiet hours are strictly enforced.
- Maximum number of guests is 8.
- No Smoking allowed inside or on lanai, outside the home only. Dispose of butts in receptacles accordingly when finished.

Guest access
The entire house and property will be available to you with the exception of the owner’s closet.

Other things to note
There are 2 nature parks within the neighborhood of the home (just a short walk away):

- George McGough Nature Park - Known as "Turtle Park" for its abundant aquatic turtle population, George C McGough Nature Park is a 26-acre park located along the Intracoastal Waterway. The Nature Center houses live animal exhibits, including 20 rescued, non-releasable birds (owls, hawks & an eagle), and offers several environmental education programs. Our nature trails, including a comfortable, rubberized walking trail, are a great way to see the natural beauty of Florida. Also included are outside shelters and a playground with a kid's zipline.

- John R Bonner Nature Park – Is a peaceful coastal preserve. Often called Largo’s best-kept secret, the park is a designated stop along the Great Florida Birding Trail, making it a favorite for birdwatchers and nature lovers alike. Visitors can enjoy shaded trails, a playground, and picnic areas, all set against the backdrop of a scenic waterway. A covered pavilion, restrooms, and on-site parking make it a convenient location for a quiet outing or small gathering.

- Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) is 1 mile away from the home. It is about 20-30 minute walk or a quick drive. There are some great restaurants, coffee shops and local establishments to visit.

- Sand Key Park is north of (IRB) on Gulf Blvd. This park has ample parking and offers two distinct areas of beach and park located in Clearwater. It offers a great beach location for families and not crowded offering restrooms, changing stalls and showers. You can also rent chairs and umbrellas if you do not want to carry everything with you. The park also provides benches for viewing the salt marsh that sustains the native wildlife.

- Famous Clearwater Beach is north of Sand Key Park over the causeway and offers some great soft sand and beautiful views of the pier with lots of restaurants and shops as well as way to go boating.

- South on Gulf Blvd offers Redington Shores, Madeira Beach, Treasure Island and John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. So if you are looking to try different beaches or you want to walk around and shop, have some ice cream and relax - there are many options!
