This condo is misrepresented in terms of ski in/ski out. Access to the mountain is only gained by riding a gondola to the base of the mountain, where there is a 5 to 7 minute walk to a lift. Overall this trip takes about 10 - 12 minutes, but could be more on a crowded ski day.The view from the condo is disappointing as there is extensive new construction about 75 yards from the condo. We skied most of the days so were not bothered, but the construction sounds were considerable until about 6 pm. The condo is clean and quiet. I would not describe the condo as luxurious. The eating area shown in the primary picture is tight and would be difficult for 4 dinners to fit and negotiate around the table.
