This particular property offers prime location in the downtown arts and dining district of Olde Naples with its exquisite boutiques and art galleries. It's literally walking distance to just about everything downtown...7 blocks to the beach, 5 blocks to famous 5th Avenue South.

This is considered a low-density condo property...there are only 9 owners so lots of room available around the large community pool, using the grill, or relaxing on your balcony.
