New to market. Escape to Naples by enjoying a stay at this large 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo within walking distance of 5th Ave-Old Naples restaurants and stores (0.5 miles) and the beach (1.5 miles). This one-bedroom condo boasts a king-sized bed and a walk-in closet with separate vanity sink that leads into the full bathroom. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests. Enjoy views of Naples Bay from the private lanai. In-unit high-efficiency washing machine (drying racks) and 1 dedicated parking spot for a car or SUV (no large trucks or motorcycles). The building has a beautiful shared heated pool and hot tub as well as a patio area with a gas BBQ grill. Note: This condo was updated with hurricane windows in the lanai and bedroom (depicted in image 9).

Nina was very friendly and prompt with all of our inquiries. The condo was one of the cleanest we have stayed at. EVERYTHING needed was supplied, which although not required, was much appreciated! Great location, 1 1/4 mile walk to the beach along 5th Ave. Plenty of great restaurants within an easy walk. Nearby Baker Park was a pleasure to walk through. Wonderful warm pool and hot tub.

Nice condo

We just spent a month at this condo & it was a great stay. It had everything we needed. The view of the Gordon River is great to watch the boats go by. We could walk to restaurants & 5th Avenue. It’s a short drive to the beautiful beach and it’s a nice friendly community.
