The house was great and the host was great. Check in was very easy. The pool and hot tub were nice. The pool could have been vacuum. The shower curtain was a little moldy and there was spaghetti sauce on the counter wall to the island. Other than that it was very clean and comfortable. The location was great. Beach was gorgeous. Neighborhood was quiet. I would stay here again for sure.

Very Disappointing Stay — Would Not RecommendUnfortunately, our stay at this VRBO property was extremely disappointing and far below what we expected based on the listing.The house was not clean upon arrival. We found fleas throughout the property, stains on the carpets, and blood stains on the comforters. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and felt like sleeping on stiff boards. Several lights were not working, and some of the blinds were broken as well.What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of communication from the property management/realty company. We repeatedly attempted to reach out regarding these issues and had significant difficulty getting a response or any meaningful assistance. When you’re paying to stay somewhere, you expect the property to be clean, functional, and properly maintained—and you also expect the management company to be responsive when serious problems arise.The combination of the cleanliness issues, fleas, stained bedding, broken items, uncomfortable beds, and poor communication made this a very unpleasant stay. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not stay at this property again and cannot recommend it to others.

The home was adequate

The house has the basic necessities and loved having the option for a hot tub and pool. Having separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms was AMAZING, the beds are super hard though.

Good house

House was great, spacious and clean. Could use some minor repairs, especially to the pool liner but nothing that prevented us from being able to swim. For what we paid for a week, this house is awesome!

Nice place with alot of room and bathrooms. The pool, spa and outdoor area are nice. It could use a deep clean and some basic maintenance though.

Enjoyable stay

It was an enjoyable stay. 7 mins of walking to the beach. Each room has its own bathroom is a plus!. Toiletries and bedding are good 👍. Few things to improve: 1 room has a damper corner which has unpleasant odor. Need garbage disposal. No hair dryer.

Very close to beach, hot tub and private pool!

As others had mentioned, the house wasn’t pristine (stained carpet, missing blinds and screens), but that was perfect for our group given the price. Super close walk to beach access and the basement game area was awesome for the young and young at heart. Roku TVs were easy to navigate as was the internet. The pool (and attendant who we met briefly) were awesome. If you are bringing your dog, make sure they are up on a good quality flea medication. The front yard had a lot of fleas that the humans were able to manage with bug spray.

Much needed rest

The house was lived in. Needs updated but its a beach home. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Huge pool. Dog friendly home. Did carpet have stains, yes. Didnt bother us. Cabinets need updated, yes but they worked. Beds were hard and pillows were cheap. Yes but when ur tired who cares. Overall trip amazingBagain

Very Nice House

We really enjoyed this house and will be back in the future! It had everything that we wanted for both the Adults and the kids. There were a couple of maintenance issues that were corrected right away. The upstairs air broke and they had a window unit in that day. The walk to the beach is a little bit of a hike over the dunes, but we really loved the location and the people in the neighborhood were very nice. Do yourself a favor and rent a beach wagon from the surf shop right before the neighborhood, on the left. That wagon is a god send!
