Inside, you'll find an open layout, perfect for reconnecting with family and friends. The updated, full kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and the whole gang can dine together at the table for six. After a day in the sun, relax at home in the central AC, then take advantage of the charcoal grilling area for an easy cookout. Relaxing Atmosphere

This was our first time visiting Topsail Island and we absolutely love it! Everything was perfect! The location of unit gave us a great view of the ocean and resort pool. Loved the chairs on the deck and the decor of the interior. We will definitely be back next year!

Would Rent Again

Nice condo. Good ocean view. Updated kitchen and baths. Comfortable LR furniture. Vacation makes sure it's clean, has good linen service and basic toiletries. A new and larger mattress is needed in master BR. Very good value.

Wonderful Stay... but no indoor pool :(

The property was wonderful. Very clean and wonderfully upkept. We booked this particular location because listing stated there was an indoor pool. We were planning on the pool, as we have an active toddler and it's the dead of winter. No pool unhappy toddler, weary parents!

Lovely Vacation

The unit was very clean. The kitchen had plenty of utensils/plates/ silverware and a large fridge. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was fantastic. The view was beautiful!! We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and pool. We were very comfortable during our stay. While it wasn’t the most up to date place (some cosmetic repairs were needed) it was a great value for the price. I was ready to book it again for next year, but the price had more than doubled from what I paid this year. Should the price go back down a bit I would absolutely stay here again!
