Whether you're here for music, nature, or just to unwind, the location is hard to beat.

The house comfortably sleeps five and features three cozy bedrooms, one full bath, and a fully equipped kitchen. Inside, you'll find warm lighting, nature-inspired decor, and a peaceful vibe that makes you feel instantly at home. The living room includes a Smart TV, and there's reliable Wi-Fi throughout.
Outside, enjoy a tree-lined backyard perfect for relaxing or letting dog and kids play. The patio is a great spot for morning coffee or evening chats, and the fire pit sets the scene for s’mores and starry nights. You'll also have laundry facilities, window A/C units, and easy parking.

2nd Floor: Forest themeroom with a Full-sized bed
2nd Floor: Blueberry theme room with queen-sized bed
1st floor bathroom: 1 full bath with shower/tub combo, shelves, towels, mirror, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

KITCHEN:

The kitchen features a cozy Maine natural food theme with red walls, artwork of farmers, slate boards, a Maine-shaped cutting board, antique vegetable posters, and loon-themed towels. It’s fully stocked with essentials like a stove, oven, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, microwave, toaster oven, double sink with disposal, electric kettle, blender, griddle, waffle maker, bakeware, utensils, pans, lobster forks, and fiestaware dishes.

OUTDOOR LIVING: access to spacious fenced backyard with fire pit and garden chairs.

GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, a Smart TV, and the home is equipped with a hot air furnace, window A/C units, and laundry facilities in the basement for your convenience.

PARKING: There is a large driveway where up to 3 cars can fit.

ACCESSIBILITY: Wildlife-themed room with a queen-sized bed, accessible for most guests with only three steps at the front entrance. This floor also includes the vintage-decorated living room, a cozy kitchen, and direct access to the backyard patio.

PETS: We are dog-friendly! We have simple rules: clean up after your dog (inside and outside the house), keep your dog leashed while outside at all times to avoid any issues with other dogs, and do not leave your dogs unattended. We kindly ask guests to note that cats are not permitted anywhere on the property (inside or outside). This policy is strictly enforced due to the homeowner’s severe cat allergy, which can create serious health concerns.
