2 BATHROOMS - Fully renovated, both bathrooms feature brand-new walk-in custom showers and feature modern finishes.

Updated Kitchen - The kitchen is equipped with a stove/oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee machine, pots and pans, dishes, utensils and pretty much anything you'll need for on-site cooking.

Dining Room with a view - large dining table provides seating 6 for family meals with a beautiful view.

Living Room with a view - Sleeper sofa, comfortable seating, flat screen smart TV positioned over a gorgeous stone electric fireplace and a large picture window showcasing the lake.

Laundry Room - Equipped with full-size washer, dryer for guest use. You will find cleaning tools and products as well as a few beach towels.

Other important notes about our property:
The breathtaking views are due to our prime location on the main channel, but please be aware that the water can get rough, particularly on weekends or holidays during the busy season. For this reason, we do not recommend tying up any boats or watercraft to the dock during rough water conditions. Swimming and dock use are at your own risk.

Guest Access:
This property is not a shared property. Guests may use all rooms in the home with the exception of one closet which is marked. Guests may also use the dock and are welcome to use the items inside the shed on the dock. There is parking for at least four vehicles. The detached garage is not available for guests at this time.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old AND must be staying at the property. Absolutely no renting on behalf of others.

***There is a RING doorbell camera at the front door and also on the garage facing the driveway and front of the house, as well as RING cameras on the rear of the house facing the dock. There are no cameras on the interior of the home.
