Guest Access:

A door code will be provided prior to check-in. You'll be able to access the entire home. Parking is in the back and has room for two vehicles. There is also street parking available.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled just west of the Plaza District, Milam Place is a charming, historic neighborhood that blends vintage character with modern convenience. Known for its tree-lined streets, quaint 1920s–1930s architecture, and peaceful atmosphere, Milam Place offers a cozy residential vibe while being just minutes from some of Oklahoma City’s most vibrant destinations.



Other Things to Note:

PETS (EXCLUDING SERVICE ANIMALS)

If you are bringing your pet you must disclose their attendance when booking your stay. The pet fee is $75.00 and covers one pet (emotional support animals still incur a fee).



If you would like to bring more than one pet, please reach out to me to chat about it. Additional pets are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If approved, an additional $75.00 fee is charged for each pet in your party. If we learn a pet is at the property without disclosure a fee will be charged at $100 per pet.



If you are traveling with a task trained service animal please inform us after booking. There is no fee for service animals, but please keep in mind they cannot be left alone at the property without prior approval.
