We are very grateful that you chose to stay with us , even though we offer full refunds to any group who chooses not to stay with us even on the day of check in. I apologize for not being able to give you the refund you asked for after your stay was complete. Our listing pictures are professional done and a year old. I appreciate you bringing to our attention the one uncomfortable mattress in the house. It has been replaced. We are in the process of putting directions on the shower faucets to accommodate the skill levels of all tenants hopefully in the future the fixtures won’t be difficult for anyone to operate. The bunk house does have an attached carport and is not as nicely appointed as the main house. The air conditioning in the down stairs of the bunk house does get very cold and the one bedroom on the second floor is noticeably warmer. We are working with a contractor to add a ductless unit to the upstairs of the bunk house. The pool is surrounded by a large concrete deck and around that is a deck made of composite decking. It is a large outside area with many chairs and connects to the covered pavilion with an outdoor fireplace. The property sits on over four acres with the back descending down to the lakefront where there is an older boat house with a sink for cleaning fish. There is a zip line and a tree swing and horse shoe pits. There is a water fall water feature at the front drive up and a large front porch with bench swings at either end.
