We had an amazing stay. Host was very responsive and even accommodated a late checkout. Great location steps from the beach. Unit was very nice, well stocked with anything you could need. We will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone considering.

Very nice place. Great snorkeling on Sappho Beach. Close to everything. Only issue was the wild roosters who sounded off right outside our condo starting at 430am. The restaurant right next to condo feeds them. Part of STT island life.

The couch is filthy, view from patio is of stacked beach chairs and garbage, welcome binder has not been updated since COVID. Internet (weak security) went out and I had to spend 3 hours waiting to get it fixed then owner wanted me to wait longer “while it was updated”.I’ve stayed in another unit in building 3 - 5 stars. Major issues. Cancel and find another before it’s too late.

The condo has 150 reviews with average rating of 9.8. Current guests sent photos of sofa and view in beautiful condition. Guest also sent pictures inside condo and of the router. vrbo does not allow pictures in response so you can see for yourself. In addition, current guests have no complaints. They are enjoying every moment of their vacation as every guest should! I'm not sure the reason this guest made this post. The guest called me one time to say the internet did not work. I immediately called the company to reset the box remotely. Guest never comminicated about other issues. I know nothing of her "waiting for three hours for a technician". This review is unfair. Sapphire Beach is a hidden gem. This owner takes pride in maintaining their piece in Paradise. Read the 150 reviews and loved by guests. We welcome you to come enjoy island time, put your toes in the sand and soak up the sun's warmth.

Overall had a wonderful stay! Close to lots to see, direct access to the beach allows for sunrise and sunset beverages in a beach chair. Kitchen is well stocked. The place feels very comfortable, and was just the spot we needed for exploring the islands.

The owner was very communicative with check in and out process. Very welcoming. Upon arrival the condo was very clean, the location is superb, literally steps away for the beach bar/coffee buzz/paradise Pi, and the boutique. The view from the back patio is amazing, very relaxed. Couldn’t ask for better accommodations. Amenities were top notch, the pool is great. Love sapphire beach and the condos. This particular one is excellent. 2nd time to stay at this condo and plan on returning.

The Condo was all it was advertised to be. I appreciated the communication with the owners and the Saphire Beach Condos were quiet and enjoyable. We really liked the close proximity to the beach and the bed was awesome.

Great Condo on the Beach

This is a great location right on the beach next to restaurants and a bar. Check in and out are simple, and it’s a quiet spot once the sun goes down. Easy access to the Red Hook ferry to get to St. John

The wrap-around porch, which is a selling point of this condo, is crowded with two large 4-person (each) high rise tables. Other than that, there are two flimsy plastic chairs to sit on. We would have loved to relax on the porch, enjoying views on the beach/ocean, but there was no way to do so. The porch furniture needs to be completely replaced with an outdoor loveseat or sofa (or SOMETHING) that allows guests to sit and read or chat and relax. Inside the condo was very well equipped, although again the furnishings were kind of rough around the edges. The location at ground level allows for walk-out to the beach access, although some might prefer a higher level to enjoy the views.

There are few places in the world you visit and develop an immediate connection. On our first visit we found this gem at Sapphire Beach. We met so many lovely locals, enjoyed the calm ocean water, saw the amazing sea life, felt the softest sand and cool island breeze that we decided to stay permanently and purchased the condo we stayed in.

Sapphire Beach happens to be this magical place for our family and I hope to share the same experience with you.

This condo was purchased in its original state. We spent time to reflect to be able to design a space that is inviting, comforting but also a place you can let go and enjoy your vacation. The condo is 100% renovated with elements complementing a luxurious beachfront property with modern conveniences. While most condos renovate here and there, the entire condo was gutted, down to the studs and completely re-envisioned. It is a unique thing to do and it was so much fun. I hope you enjoy my style.

The property is designed to promote relaxation and renewal in your eyes, your well being and your soul. The pieces are carefully selected as well as the color scheme. The moment you open the doors, your senses will come alive - from the first smell to the first sight of reflective sandstone floor tiles the first impressing will transport you to another place. We believe that is the essence to a great getaway for business or pleasure.
