We are the proud owners of a lovely condo in the M building, one of the newest and most private in the complex! This one bedroom, 2 full baths, air-conditioned, ground floor, garden view condo is in wonderful, like new condition, and of course, smoke and pet free. It is very quiet, located away from S. Kihei Rd, and close to the beautiful waterfall pool with a sand bottom hot tub, and the new tennis courts.

The furnishings are tasteful, comfortable, and clean. Relax in the living room on the comfortable sofa, 2 comfortable recliners, 60” flat screen tv, while looking out at the spacious, beautiful lanai, with lush, colorful, tropical plants.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you will need to prepare simple, or elegant dinners to enjoy on the lanai. The condo is just steps away from a private bbq area, one of the nicest in the complex.

The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, flat screen tv, and a private enclosed lanai to enjoy morning coffee or to just enjoy being in such a beautiful, tropical setting. A spacious master bath with 2 sinks, with ample counter space for anything you might bring, as well as drawers and cabinets, and an enclosed tub/shower. The hall bathroom has another spacious sink and counter area, as well as a shower.

Washer and dryer are provided in the unit, as well as a reserved parking space, and a room safe for your convenience. We provide wireless internet and free long distance calling to anywhere in the US and Canada. We also provide quality beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and coolers for your beach enjoyment.

The low density resort sits on 23 acres and features 2 swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and bbq areas throughout the resort. The manicured tropical gardens and grounds surround all that you do and see. It is located in South Kihei-Wailea area, just across the street from Kamaole III beach and beautiful Keawakapu Beach is moments away. Maui Kamaole Resort boarders Wailea, with world class golf, restaurants and shopping to the south, and easy walking distance to Kihei, abundant with great restaurants, beaches, and shopping.

Why Debbie Toney chose South Maui

We have been coming to Maui for 10 years, and each year we looked and dreamed of owning a condo in Maui! We finally achieved our dream. We have rented many different condos, and knew what we wanted in a condo. After looking for many years for the perfect place, we decided Maui Kamaole was it. We love the grounds, the pools, the spas, and most of all the livability of the condo. It's perfect!

What makes this condo unique

This condo is furnished so wonderfully. Everything in it is beautiful, comfortable, clean and quality. After renting condos with uncomfortable furniture on the lanais as well as inside, we wanted nothing but the best in comfort and beauty. The grounds are breathtakingly beautiful and well maintained. The free form, lagoon pool and spa within a few steps from the condo is so beautiful. A great place to spend a lazy afternoon! Sitting on the quiet lanai, watching birds and looking at the vast array of tropical plants while sipping a good glass of wine....You are in Paradise!
