Relaxing and clean home with a big back yard, perfectly centrally located. You can easily hop in a uber and arrive downtown in 9 minutes. Other great neighborhoods and beaches are only a 10-15 minute drive away. Grocery stores, gas stations, and liquor stores are available less than a mile away. There is plenty of free street parking as well as a driveway parking.
