Sweet cottage home close to beaches, airport and other attractions

Welcome home! This great property has a tropical feel in the front yard with several palms and a sun drenched private back yard perfect for relaxing. The open floor plan will welcome you with plenty of windows and sliding doors to take advantage of the cool breeze. Centrally located to all the best San Diego has to offer: 8 minutes to Sea World or Ocean Beach and only 5 minutes to Liberty Station. Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo and Cabrillo Monument are all within 15 minutes. There is plenty of street parking right in front as this home is not on a busy street. This property is conveniently located near the airport. As with all homes in the Point Loma area you will hear planes when the airport is open between 6:30am and 11:30pm. There is a detached studio unit on this property with a long-term renter. It has its own access and is completely separated from the main house with a privacy fence.

Adorable cottage with beautiful greenery, and a well equipped kitchen, and comfy beds. The place is close to all the attractions San Diego has to offer. The owner was super friendly and quick with communications. This was our second time staying at the cottage and we plan on making it an annual stay!

National soccer tournament

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. No central AC, but San Diego weather was lovely. Centrally located to the beaches and close to airport as well.

Perfect home and location

My sister and niece came with me to visit my daughter and we had the best week. The location of the home made it easy to get to anything in San Diego. The neighborhood was so quiet and nice. And the house is just immaculate. I’d love staying there again on another trip.

We absolutely loved this property! The house was super cute and cozy, very clean and well-maintained. The neighborhood was charming, felt very safe, and close to everything. Owner was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone visiting San Diego!

Quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of parking. 5 minutes to the beach and close to every thing. Beautiful house with every conceivable luxury provided. Very comfortable beds. Steve was an excellent host and helped us with a special request that went above and beyond. Thank you, Steve!

Great place!

My mother and I stayed for 5 nights. Location was convenient and safe, furniture was comfortable, overall space was very clean and kitchen was well stocked . Nice outdoor space . Would recommend staying here without hesitation.

Convenient and safe, 10-15 mins from the ocean, whale watching, sailing, zoo, surf, downtown San Diego, and closer than that to the airport. Very clean. One restaurant within 5 mins turned out to be chef-owned. It provided with ease the best food of our week-long trip. Of note, however: this entire 20 x 20 block of down is right below the airport flight path so it does have flight noise even as the neighborhood is completely and wonderfully quiet otherwise. Owner was attentive and organized. This was so much better than a hotel room.

Perfect stay!

My husband and I traveled to San Diego for our son's wedding, which was a wonderful 5-day affair. This two bedroom cottage was great in every way—well equipped kitchen, private patio and outdoor shower (which we partook of every morning, quiet neighborhood, easy parking, and relatively close to all points we went to. We had a question or two the first night which Steve responded and attended to very quickly. We were very happy with our stay!

Comfortable and clean quaint house with wonderful outdoor space

This was a delightful home with all you need - clean, well stocked, light and airy home. Nice night nor hood close to many restaurants, airport, downtown, Ocean Beach, etc! Beds were very comfortable and Wi-Fi was good! Since it is located in Pt Loma, you hear the planes taking off but earplugs at night solved this if you are sensitive! We would rerun in a heartbeat. Owner was very responsive and helpful with suggestions!

Excellent property and service

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The house surpassed our expectations - everything was spotlessly clean and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The area felt really safe, we had no problems with parking and we appreciated all the property owners recommendations for areas to visit and eat. We would highly recommend this property.

Girl’s Getaway

My sister and I enjoyed four nights at this wonderful house. The bedding, towels, and kitchenware were top notch. Every room was cozy with large sliding doors and windows that let in cool breezes and provided us views of the beautiful yards, both back and front. The house is close to everything. Check in and communication with the host was easy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a lovely, convenient stay in San Diego.

Mother and daughter get away

Ocean Beach Tradition

We try to get to Ocean Beach once a year for some family time. Enjoyed the house so much. Plenty of space, clean, and comfortable. Kitchen had what we needed to cook. Able to watch sports on the big tv in the living room. Super close to the beach where all the action is. Street parking was very easy. Thank you for everything!
