Welcome to Idaho Falls! This suite is perfect for couples/solo travelers as a getaway. The highlight of this compact space is the unbeatable location. Close to the river, you can enjoy leisurely walks along the river or sit at a peaceful spot & watch the water flow by. Downtown is within easy walking range, offering dining, shopping & entertainment to enhance your visit. While there isn't a separate living room, the bedroom offers a cozy area to unwind with a book or catch up on your TV show.
The space
As an apartment in a building with 4 other units, this compact one bedroom space with no living room (just a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom) is perfect for business trips, weekend getaways or a solo/couple trip. This space was built in the 1930s & still has some old charm to it. We recently upgraded it with new flooring, new carpet, new cabinets & countertops and fresh paint. The bathtub glaze is also brand new! This space is perfect for those who adventure during the day & need a simple place to rest & recover at night. Because this is a ground level apartment, seldom sounds of walking around from our tenant above this unit might be heard.
Other things to note
This is an old building that has been slowly renovated & love poured into it 🫶🏼 There are still projects & goals we have for this unit- not everything is perfectly new/modern. Between our guests, we upgrade and finish projects! When you book a stay, it helps us get closer to our vision 💕
