Roomy one bedroom apartment with everything that you need to comfortably stay. We were offered garage parking by the host that is easy to access and secure which was very nice.
Our experience was great. The room was 1st flower and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, we were literally 2 miles from Mercedes Stadium. The parking is on 1st floor and if you park by 1floor bldg 3 you'll be right down the entrance of your place. We had everything we needed Beds were AMAZING! Super clean and So comfortable!!! Also hammocks outside on patio and BBQ access! It was an awesome time in a beautiful apartment.
The host was very helpful and nice when I requested his help. My only complaint is that it didn't have a coffee maker and mugs and there were no coffee shops nearby. That would elevate the experience. The apartment was clean, spacious, safe and comfortable.
Pros: The apartment itself was great. Beds were comfy, even the pullout couch. Clean, stocked, and ready. Cons: It’s a bit of a walk to the unit. Up and down steps. Extremely inconvenient for grocery or food deliver or people with a lot of luggage. If you travel with more than one car, keep moving! The parking is the worse! We work nights so arriving back at 1-3am and having to wait 30 minutes to 3 hours for a parking spot is crazy-no exaggeration! Our last night stay we had to wait 2.5 hours for a parking spot with having to be on a 8 hour road trip that morning. The first night it was an issue. I messaged the owner and his response the next morning was park 3 blocks away at the Fox theatre and walk. It’s was 2am at that time. Also I completely missed no pets. I left the house immaculate with no sign of any pet and was charged 75.00 just because. I photographed every rental I leave including hotels bc of shady host, no different here. No problems, no mess, took trash out, washed dishes and placed all dirty towels Again home itself, cool, everything else eyes complete eyes rolled!

Disliked: Check-in, communication, location
Check in instructions were missing important information and upon checking out, the lockbox wouldn't close and we had to fight with it for several minutes. The apartment itself was fine, but they neglect to mention the hallways are disgusting and reeked of pot, which wasn't great with my son with me.
This stay was great, the listing was accurate, the house was clean, and the beds were comfy. For this trip we did not drive, but the apartment is very centrally located. Everywhere we wanted to visit was within walking distance or very affordable uber. The apartment was stocked with mostly everything you would need. But, for anything extra there was a Publix’s right around the corner. Sometimes there were people lingering in the parking garage or behind the stores but we never felt unsafe at this property.
