LOCATION – This quaint home, located right on the Breckenridge Free Ride Shuttle is only 2 blocks from Main Street. It is an easy walk to the Breckenridge Ice Arena for ice skating, and Carter Park is practically in your backyard where you can enjoy tubing and sledding. The shuttle stop is located on the corner of French Street and Jefferson Avenue right outside of the property (See Satellite Overview in Photos).
AMENITIES – This three-bedroom home provides guests with excellent amenities throughout. The chef of the group can prepare dinner in the kitchen while others can cozy up to the fireplace or large flat screen TV in the living room close by. There is plenty of privacy in the lower level bedroom where you can relax and watch a movie on the flat screen TV in the living area or get to bed early in the captain’s bunk and sleeper sofa. Guests can find relaxation in the private hot tub on the back patio while others can enjoy sledding at Carter Park only a block away.

Great location, good facilities, nice linen and comfortable bedding
The major issue we had at the property as the limited seating available for a property that can accommodate upto 8 guests, The 4 piece dining did not allow for all us (6 pax) to sit together for a family meal, also the 3 seater lounge and 1 single lounge chair was not adequate fro 6 guest. After a long day of skiing you either had to sit on the floor or sit in the dining chair which was not that comfortable for relaxing.
Beautiful Home. Walk to Everything!
The Apres Chalet home is absolutely beautiful. The living room area was perfect for our group of six to hangout, visit, and cook. All of the beds were absolute clouds and everyone slept so very well! The house is very centrally located making walking to dinner or to shop or to the mountain very easy.
The house was very clean and prepped for our arrival -- it was even ready a few hours early! The management company does a great job of communicating and being accessible for questions or recommendations.
We would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone!
This property worked perfectly for our needs. It was extremely well-located and outfitted. Clean and tidy and everything was operational. The Pinnacle managers are pros who kept us current with respect to neighbourhood happenings (this was critical because there was a bike race and, as a result, a number of the streets in Breck were closed on the day we arrived).
We had a great week long stay in this charming and functional home. Perfect accommodations for those interested in skiing and checking out the town of Breckenridge.
My family had a great time in Breckenridge. Our only issue was with the limited parking. Otherwise, the house is in a superb location, a block from the city park and sledding hill, across the street from the free ski shuttle and two blocks from the downtown restaurants, grocery store and shops. The house easily accommodated our group of eight. Bathroom and kitchen basics were supplied. We look forward to staying again!
