Great Location and Plenty of Space! Ryan addressed our minor concerns promptly. Friendly and Safe neighborhood and the Pool is just steps away (and its heated.) Lovely Lake View from Large Screened-in Lanai!

Thank you for the wonderful 5-star review! I’m so glad you enjoyed the spacious layout and that relaxing lake view from the lanai—it’s one of our favorite spots in the home. It was a pleasure hosting you, and I’m happy I could assist with those minor items quickly so you could get back to enjoying the heated pool and the neighborhood. We truly value being responsive to our guests, so I'm glad that made a difference in your stay. We would love to have you back again soon!

Majestic Palms

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had all the things that we needed. We really enjoyed the lanai, and watching the flordia wildlife from it. We also enjoyed having the pool right across the street from our unit. Although we arrived right after hurricane Ian, and couldn't visit places we were interested in seeing. Our experience was still fantastic, and maybe sometime in the future we may return. I would definitely recommend this condo to anybody that would like to visit Ft. Myers.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay at the condo, especially the lanai and its wildlife viewing opportunities. The pool access sounds like it was a great perk as well! We're so sorry to hear that Hurricane Ian impacted your ability to explore Fort Myers as planned. Hopefully, the condo provided a comfortable haven during that time. We'd love to welcome you back in the future when things are back to normal in Fort Myers. There's so much to see and do in the area! Thank you again for recommending the condo – that means a lot to us.

Our family stayed here basically the month of June. It was wonderful! There was ample room and everything we needed. We did have a couple things that needed addressed such as a smoke alarm needing batteries replaced, a closet light, slow drain and refrigerator had a broken drawer when we arrived. The smoke alarm and light areas were too high for us to reach and needed maintenance assistance. These were taken care of pretty quickly. There was issue checking in and we had to call for help and things were reset but that was nothing big. By the end of the month we were sad to leave as we felt at home our entire stay. It was definitely a slower time of year in the area but we very much enjoyed that especially at the pool. The home itself is roomy, beautifully taken care of and relaxing. We hope to return again preferably sooner rather than later! Thank you so much!!

Thank you so much for the wonderful 5-star review! Hosting your family for the month of June was an absolute pleasure, and we are so glad to hear that the home felt like a true "home away from home" throughout your stay. We’re thrilled you were able to relax, spread out, and enjoy the quieter pace of the island and pool during that time of year! Thank you as well for your patience and for reaching out so we could quickly take care of the minor maintenance items like the smoke detector battery and closet light. Keeping our guests comfortable and supported is always our top priority. We were sad to see you go as well, but we would love nothing more than to welcome your family back—hopefully sooner rather than later!

We loved the condo.

We loved the condo. It was exactly as pictured, and had nearly everything we needed. Loved the lanai, and watching the wildlife in the pond. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone. We really only dealt with the entrance staff, even though we had a license we sometimes had a difficult time entering.

We only had a problem with security gate entrance.

We only had a problem with security gate entrance. After giving our license we had to continue answering questions until four days before we left they recognize who we were. Kept asked us who we were visiting, we were renting there for a month!!!
