Esta hermosamente decorada casa de tres habitaciones tiene capacidad para 6 personas y cuenta con tres habitaciones y dos baños. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen, una ducha y deslizadores a la terraza de la piscina. El segundo dormitorio tiene una reina y el tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. La cocina es de vanguardia con encimeras de granito y barra de desayuno. Beautiful home and south facing pool in a great location. The pool was cool for 5 of the 30 days, but the landowner promptly addressed the issues. Nice local beach (yacht club). Bikes on the property used to ride to the gulf, grocery stores, and pickle ball courts. Nice local farmers market on saturdays. Recommend SunPass mini for bridge tolls. Would stay there again.

Beautiful home in Cape Coral

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive and communications easy. Barb, the next door neighbor, was very welcoming and helpful. The home was very comfortable and spacious. Loved relaxing at the pool! Great location, close to restaurants, groceries, and entertainment.

Beautiful pool area

Our family enjoyed the pool area the best! The pool temp was great, ample chairs, and a table for us to eat at. Our kids used the lanai fireplace too. We also enjoyed walking in the neighborhood, and the location was great for restaurants and grocery stores. Also , Barb the property manager was fantastic. With a couple issues that came up she handled promptly and efficiently.

Met our needs well

Barb, the property manager who lives next door, was super. From orientation to responding to needs that arose to recommending restaurants, she was there for us. The walk-in full body shower, fire table on the lanai, the warm pool, the labeled switches, the garage, and the well equipped kitchen, all our needs were met. The house is located close to shopping and restaurants. Really nice three week experience. Highly recommend.

Home away from home vacation

This place is an epitome of “Home away from Home” saying . House itself is absolutely amazing, very clean and welcoming. Heated Pool was a dream come true, we were able to enjoy swimming even during a cold weather spell. Neighborhood is beautiful and very safe for even later evening walks. The whole experience was top notch and we would absolutely love to come back as soon as possible. Thank you both, Laura and Derek, for letting us enjoy your lovely house. We will treasure these memories for years to come. Kate, Mike and Charlie.

Drei Generationen bestens »aufgehoben« · Three generations in »good hands«

Für zweieinhalb Wochen war das Anwesen »Pelican« in Cape Coral unser Feriendomizil. Drei Generationen (89, 68, 60, 28 und 24) haben hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub genossen. Alles war perfekt vorbereitet, und seltene, kleinere Probleme wurden sofort von der sehr netten Nachbarin (Barb) gelöst. Wir können dieses Anwesen uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlenund würden jederzeit dort gerne wieder einen Urlaub verbringen. Erwähnt sei noch die Lage, die es erlaubt alle HotSpots wie z.B. Ft. Myers, Ft. Myers Beach oder auch einen der ganz nahe gelegenen Publix schnell zu erreichen. Wir bedanken uns noch einmal ganz herzlich auch bei der Nachbarin (Barb). For two and a half weeks the property »Pelican« in Cape Coral was our vacation destination. Three generations (89, 68, 60, 28 and 24) enjoyed a very nice vacation here. Everything was perfectly prepared and rare minor problems were solved immediately by the very nice neighbor (Barb). We can unreservedly recommend this property and would gladly spend a vacation there again at any time. We would also like to mention the location, which allows us to reach all hotspots like Ft. Myers, Ft. Myers Beach or one of the very close Publix quickly. Once again we would like to say thank you, also to the neighbor (Barb).

We really enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is very roomy and equipped with everything you need. The Lanai area is great and the heated pool is a great benefit. We had great weather with temperatures in the 80s and spent many hours outside using the pool. Barb the property manager (next door) was very helpful. We called her a few times with questions and she responded right away. The home has lots of nice extras you wouldn’t expect like a Bose Bluetooth speaker, a printer to use and a firepit in the lanai. The living room and two bedrooms have TV streaming services available with plenty of options There are many restaurants, stores, golf courses within short driving distance plus a great breakfast stop The Omelet Shop and Amore Italian Bakery in walking distance. There are many adjacent neighborhoods great for walking We would gladly stay here again. The house could use a bit of a refresh in certain areas but nothing serious.

Warm Pool!

We rented for 23 nights in January. The house is nice - the pictures are accurate. We enjoyed the pool - it was sunny until about 3:30 pm and was warm enough for us to be in it most days. The kitchen is huge. The bedrooms are all a nice size with good mattresses and there are TVs in two of the bedrooms. This property is located close to grocery stores and lots of restaurants and activities. It is a short drive to Ft. Myers. We would rent again.

A very nice property with responsive owners and property manager next door.

We rented for a month in December of 21 to visit my wife’s family for Christmas. The house was very nice, and close to groceries and lots of good restaurants like the Lobster Lady and OverTime Sports Bar. We liked the property and would rent again, it had plenty of room and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was nice looking and quiet , lots of nice homes in the area - we took daily walks for about 3 miles a day and saw the famous little burrowing owls of Cape Coral - a nice unexpected treat. The owners who live in Toronto and the property manager who lives next door were all very friendly, responsive and accommodating. The swimming pool bottom was really dirty, I asked the weekly pool maintenance guy to vacuum the pool bottom but his vacuum didn’t work so I asked the property manager if they had a swimming pool brush on a pole - which she purchased and was available the next day so I could manually sweep the pool bottom and push the dirt to the pool drains. I was able to get in the pool, but my wife would not get in as it still looked dirty and my father-in-law commented on how dirty the pool looked - so I hope the owners will consider getting a pool maintenance company that does a better job of keeping the pool clean. As mentioned, the house was really nice but the house needed a good cleaning - there was so much dust on the headboard in the master bedroom my wife was able to write a message in the dust - “clean me” she wrote. There is a lot of tile flooring and it seemed like it haden’t been really cleaned properly in a while, the tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms all felt a bit sticky/dirty to walk on in bare feet. And we saw tiny bugs on the kitchen counters and bathroom counters - they were like very tiny ants or something, they didn’t fly just crawled around - so we found a bug spray can and used that and it seemed to solve the issue for a few days. Another small item - the battery in the smoke alarm in the master bedroom went bad and started beeping at night, unfortunately it was Christmas night and their tall ceilings were too high to reach myself, but we called the property manager and she immediately responded and had someone come right over with a tall ladder to replace the battery - very responsive especially on a holiday evening. The negatives were really all small stuff - again a very nice property with responsive owners and property manager - we would rent there again if we come back to the area.

Beautiful home with plenty of room. We didn't get to use the pool, due to the unusual cold front that came in this January. I highly recommend this property and would rent again. Barb, the property manager, she was the best! Thanks again for renting your home. We had an enjoyable time!

November Stay

We really enjoyed the pool and large deck and lanai area. Plenty of space to sit out by the pool. Good location for shopping and restaurants near by. The house is very open and spacious with three TV's. Any issues that arose the owners went above and beyond to take care of them.

Perfect winter getaway

House is in a perfect location, close to everything you need an want to do. Property manager lives next door and is available whenever you need her. Pool area is great for relaxing in the sun.

We are two professionals from Canada that are only able to visit the property a few times a year. After owning it for one year we have decided to post it on VRBO to rent it our for a limited time each year. We have a fabulous neighbor that helps take care of the property as well as weekly lawn and pool people that help to keep our home fresh, immaculate, and well cared for.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We love the property because it was so well cared for and kept up. The previous owner decorated it beautifully and although they did not live in Cape Coral they did not rent the property out so there is no wear and tear on the home at all. The large pool deck, private back yard southern exposure and beautiful covered patio sold us. We love biking in the area and visiting the marinas that are really convenient and close by to have meals on the water. We are super thrilled with our purchase and look forward to sharing it .
