Just 10 minutes from Holiday Valley, settle in at home with 2 Master suites, 2 bedrooms with shared connecting bath and 1 private room. Includes spacious kitchen, porch to store all your skiing gear and washer/dryer. Includes 100+ gbps WiFi, Spectrum Cable TV, BluRay/DVD with a video library, fire pit, air hockey and foosball to let you relax after a long day on the slopes or adventures at Holiday Valley.

Hot Tub provided to enjoy after a day on the slopes.

An optional adjacent 1 Bedroom suite with Sleep sofa and kitchen is also available upon request with home access and separate private entrance (sleeps 4). Now with Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring and new carpet. This space is required for groups with 14-19 people, so you can all sleep comfortably. Now with Sony Playstation and dozens of games

On our 200 acres of land runs the Mansfield creek for fishing, etc... We are also adjacent to the county Snow Mobile trails (S36). Check out the Snowbounders site.

We are also located on the Amish Trail with a variety of Amish crafts and sights to see. You'll likely see a horse and buggy ride in front of our house every day.

This family estate is now managed by my brother and I. As kids we would come to this family farm and work the fields, take care of the animals and love the outdoors. With 15 years of upgrades, this restored farm home is yours to enjoy for some quiet time in the country, but near skiing, hunting, fishing and more.

Why they chose this property

You will enjoy a 19th century restored home passed down through 4 generations. Our Great Grandfather purchased the property in the 1918, where it was a prosperous farm for nearly 100 years. With near proximity to Holiday Valley and Holimont in Ellicottville, NY, the home was converted to a B&B 15 years ago. Now this home is fully available for your family with up to 6 bedrooms and 5 baths. Includes unique features such as the stone fireplace our grandfather built. Sits near Mansfield creek where you can fish for an afternoon or take a hike amongst the 200 acres of timber, pasture and scenic paths.

Conveniently located near holiday valley for skiing, golf and snowboarding. Country snowmobile trail (S35) is 200 yards from the house. . Bring your own snowmobiles and jump on the trails in minutes.
