I did not receive check in instructions. I didn’t receive a response to my message asking about check in instructions either. However when I called and spoke to someone they were very helpful and immediately emailed me the instructions.Unfortunately the resort is not a very family-friendly. My children and I could smell pot from our balcony, down at the pool, and at the beach in front of the resort all hours of the day. In addition there was a lot of underage drinking so it was very loud (with lots of cussing) in the elevators and hallways even in the middle of the day. Despite the condo and resort amenities being very family friendly, the other resort guests made this less than desirable and I would not recommend it.

The room was disgusting. As we walked in we were blown away with the smell of weed so strong it took our breath away and my eyes started watering. The room was dirty and outdated. Curtains had holes in them. The couch was so dusty and worn. The bed was hard as a rock. The bathroom was disgusting- bathtub was black and black around toilet. Stains all over walls. Customer service was horrible. We were unable to stay at this location. The resort elevators were scary. We called host and they were unwilling to hear our concerns and did not offer any other accommodations or refund. Absolutely would not recommend. We have stay here twice in the past several years ago but it has become very run down and outdated.

We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations and understand how upsetting it must have been to encounter a strong odor upon arrival. After the odor was reported to us, we did send an inspector to the unit to determine whether there was an odor present. Unfortunately, odors can travel between units and areas of the building, and we do apologize that a smell had made its way into the unit. We understand how unpleasant and disruptive this can be, especially upon arrival. After reviewing the communication and documentation from your stay, I was not able to locate any photos or reports provided regarding the additional cleanliness concerns mentioned in your review. I also reviewed our phone records and only see one call from the day of your arrival, which was regarding the odor in the unit. I was unable to locate any additional calls or other communication reporting the concerns mentioned in your review. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the condition of the unit and your overall experience. We do take guest concerns seriously and rely on communication during the stay so that we have the opportunity to investigate and address issues while the guest is in the unit. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that your stay did not provide the experience you were hoping for. -WE
