Quiet Davis Island luxury living, close to everything you want in Tampa but feel like you escaped from it all. Davis Island is the premier neighborhood in Tampa for this very reason, an island of beautiful homes and walkable neighborhoods! Easily walk to all dining on Davis Island, or a 3 minute Uber to Channelside and Sparkman Wharf.

The property is fully equipped home with everything you need for an extended relaxing Tampa visit, or stay a few days and avoid the noise of downtown.

Fully furnished 3bd/2ba house, chef's kitchen with stainless appliances, dining room that seats 6, open floor plan and living room with 4k TV and premium cable/Netflix/Disney+, enclosed backyard with raised deck and globe lights. This is one of the original Davis Island houses that has survived (built 1927) and lots of time and effort have gone into making it a comfortable living situation while still maintaining the original charm!

The Original Davis Islands house was perfect. So lovely and had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable and absolutely perfect. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back. Great island and Tampa area. Thank you for being a great host.

We had a wonderful stay on Davis Islands! I was in town for a work conference, and my husband and parents stayed at the house with our two young daughters. The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown while still offering a quiet and comfortable place to relax.There was plenty of space for everyone, and our oldest daughter especially loved being able to spend time playing outside. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay.We would highly recommend this property and would happily stay here again!

We loved this home! There were 5 of us and it fit us all perfectly! Only suggestion is a little more toilet tissue and there was a window in the master that wouldn’t lock so we put something it in. But honestly we’d stay again! It’s gorgeous and a great location! Thank again!!!
