Beautiful remodeled 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome with 2 private courtyards on sought after Davis Islands (DI).

Staying here is small town living within easy reach of so many of downtown Tampa’s offerings. Stay close to home. Walk 5 minutes to the quaint Davis Islands downtown with multiple restaurants and bars. 5 minutes the other way takes you to Tampa General Hospital. Walk across the bridge and you are on scenic Bayshore Blvd. A 15 to 20 minute walk or 5 minute car takes you to downtown Tampa and the Tampa Convention Center, Amalie Arena, where the Tampa Bay Lightning play and where numerous other concerts and events take place, along with Sparkman Wharf, Water Street and the Tampa Bay History Center and Florida Aquarium in one direction. Follow the 2.6 mile long Riverwalk, in the other direction to go to the Straz Performing Arts Center, Children’s Museum and Tampa Art Museum, to name just a few places to visit. The Armature Works and Seminole Heights are all within easy reach. Other places very close by are Hyde Park Village, the University of Tampa and the USF Med School campus. Raymond James Stadium is approximately a 20 minute car or Uber ride away, and downtown St. Pete and Clearwater Beach are both about 30 minutes away across the Bay. You won’t be lacking for places to visit or things to do, with golf, multiple water sports activities, Zoo Tampa, Busch Gardens and the Florida Aquarium to check out in your spare time.

When you’re done with your day, return to your home away from home. This is a relaxing home to stay in. In a row of townhouses, it feels quiet and peaceful. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Two bedrooms have queen beds and one with twin beds. A beautiful and well equipped kitchen overlooks the family room with Smart TV and the house has a separate dining room also. There are two outdoor courtyards, outdoor dining table and a gas grill. 2 car parking, free laundry, and easy Uber as well. The house is an easy walk to several waterfront and "inland" neighborhood parks. DI is leafy and green, really fun to explore on foot or bikes when you are not otherwise out and about. Come enjoy your stay in my favorite part of Tampa!

We really enjoyed our stay on Davis Islands. The house was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was a huge plus—just a short drive to downtown Tampa, and an easy walk to the main street on Davis Islands with great restaurants, coffee shops, and places to stroll.The neighborhood itself was quiet and charming, making it a great place to unwind while still being close to everything. Overall, it was a convenient, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay, and we would definitely consider booking again.

Very Nice House in a Great Location

We were attending Comicon at the Tampa Convention Center and the location was great. The house was also nice because it could accommodate 4 adults with their own beds. The house was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and accessories we needed. Tina was so helpful and texted us with so many details. I would definitely recommend this location if you are planning a trip to the Tampa area.

Very much enjoyed our stay in Tampa. Condo was centrally located in a very nice area. Felt comfortable walking around at any time of day. Very clean and well stocked. Host was excellent....very responsive to questions and glad offer insight/suggestions about the area/attractions...she definitely wanted to make our stay carefree and enjoyable. Family Reunion in South Tampa

Property was exactly as advertised. The property was well appointed and well maintained. We enjoyed being close to our family who live on Davis Island and would definitely consider staying here again for family events

Top notch best ever

This house is perfect even the beds are amazing . Host is very responsive and even supplied coffee . Everything is exactly as described. I can’t stress enough you will love this place . Davis island is very safe and beautiful . We were able to walk to the Davis island Garden club where we attened a wedding .

Trip to Tampa

Great place and location! So close to the aquarium and Bar Taco which are two of our favorites when we visit. We had an issue with the garbage disposal not working and I told Tina and she fixed it same day. Easy to communicate with and the place was clean and well equipped! Will definitely stay again.

Ideal location to everything Tampa!

Family stay while moving my daughter to school. Great location on Davis Island. Everything you need for a comfortable stay in an updated townhome. Host personalized our stay. Best of all you can walk to local eateries, markets, shops and drive to everything in Tampa in a few minutes. This is our new home away from home when we are in Tampa!

Perfect Get Away

This was our second stay at this beautiful townhouse. As always the property didn’t disappoint. The house is in a perfect location just on the outskirts of the city in Davis Island. Its close proximity to both the Convention Center and Amalie Arena can’t be beat. The house itself is beautiful decorated, comfortable and clean. It is always well stocked and Tina is always available for any questions or concerns. We will definitely be back the next time we travel to Tampa.

Tina’s home was absolutely perfect for our visit to the Tampa/Davis Islands area. Her communication about our stay was top notch and the best I’ve experienced. Very Inviting!!

Our stay at Davis Island was very inviting. Tina made our family feel very welcome and her home was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Everything was very well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms and there was even coffee and creamer cups available for our use. It was very easy to communicate with Tina and she was most helpful giving us recommendations of what to do in the area. Her property felt more like a home than a rental and we will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Tampa.

Sunfish Sailing

I booked this reservation in October 2023. Tina and I communicated several times through the six months prior to the visit. She was extremely helpful, very friendly and strives to do the best for her guests. The place was immaculately clean and extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend booking with her again. Best Communication

Tina is a dream to work with. The visit was for a business conference and she supported us even before we arrived. Great location near downtown and the neighborhood is just that - not a hotel experience. Very comfortable house and well equipped. One minor issue with the refrigerator was addressed in minutes. We’ll be back next year!

I have to start by saying, I have stayed in VRBO properties in many different parts of the US and Europe. This was, by far, the best VRBO experience I've had. The entire process from making the reservation, communication with Tina, the host, to check-in and check-out was seamless. This property is probably the only one I've ever been in that had sharp knives and pots and pans that were not warped. All being said, renting this townhouse was an excellent experience. Kudos to Tina!!

Amazing!!!!

The property and location is amazing! The property owner gets 10 stars! She was communicative right from the start of the booking! She was friendly and made sure we were comfortable and had all that we needed! Well stocked property. We used the property for a bridal party spot and “get ready” location. Tina made sure we had extra towels and makeup wipes for the girls. And those mattresses……. Heaven!! We will be back!
