Sarah is a wonderful host and I'm so thankful my family and I got to stay at her rental in Erie. Everything was clean and organized and the rental was very spacious. It's close to the beach and other restaurants. My family and I had a wonderful time and I would definitely stay at Sarah's rental again.

Very nice home, well maintained and in a nice location. A little quirky having the 2nd bathroom in the basement, but all good. The house is very clean and nicely furnished too. Would stay there again if returning to the area in the future.

The positives: Close to the beaches and activities. Quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and out process. The Cons: Smelled like a wet animal throught the main level and worse in the basement. (Was fine on the top floor)Oven is very, outside of fridge was dirty and dishwasher is falling apart.

This is a great place to stay. Description is spot on. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything in Erie. Delighted how clean and organized this house was. Beautifully decorated and furnished with lovely furniture pieces. Loved the overall vintage vibe throughout the place making for a cool, calm and peaceful visit. Secure entry system was easy to use with special code. Nice backyard and patio area for hanging out. Liked having off-street parking in driveway. Communication with Sarah was great. This house was perfect! You walk into an immaculately clean home and an amazing scent. The location is close to everything in Erie including the beaches and the Waldameer in a quiet little neighborhood with off street parking. It has everything we needed for a family of 6 on vacation. There is plenty of very comfortable beds to sleep in and a smart TV in one of the bedrooms, the living room, and the finished basement which my kids loved. You can tell this home was decorated with a lot of love and it shows. I had the greatest experience you could ever hope for with a Vrbo host. Sarah was very responsive to any questions I had and guided me through the check in process to make it super easy and convenient. I would definitely stay here again. Five stars from my family!
