Located on a large no wake cove just off the main lake, this is the perfect property for swimming and relaxing by the water. Relax on the expansive rear deck overlooking the lake or take a short walk to the water and the fire pit, two-slip boat house w/boat lifts, tiki bar, covered entertaining area, and uncovered sun deck.

All we hoped

My family of eight adults and nine children booked this home for Thanksgiving. We don’t get together often because our family is so big, so we had high expectations for cleanliness, safety, comfort, entertainment, space, and location. This house delivered on every one! There was always something to do for the kids and lots of places to relax for the adults. The living room was plenty big enough to relax and watch the game for 10 or so of our party. We have every intention for returning next Thanksgiving or sooner to make more precious memories. The owners were responsive during our stay and brought by items we needed within 24 hours. I highly recommend booking with this company and reserving this home for your next family or friend gathering. You will not be disappointed 😊

This home was perfect for our family and had everything we needed during our stay. It was clean and the location on the lake was great. The size of the rooms were perfect for fitting everyone comfortably. We had a fantastic time!

Vacation was good but the amenities were not provided as mentioned

1. Bathroom on the level 2 was not in working conditon.2. Out of all the kayaks mentioned in the listing only 2 were in good condition3. No toiletries were provided in any of the bathrooms4. Dishwasher was loaded but never turned on. All the dishes were stinking by the time i opened the dishwasher.

Wonderful weekend at the lake!

Great for families

The location was perfect. The quiet cove and small beach area were great for the children. The cleaning could have been better. The floors had not been mopped and the tables were sticky. The beds and bedrooms, however, were clean. The deck needs some maintenance and washing, but the dock was wonderful and the bothouse was great for storin floats. The multiple refrigerators were very helpful with so many familis staying together. We only watched TV at night, but all tvs required internet connecion, and the internet was often not working. That is typical of satellite internet in rural areas. Overall, we had a wonderful, relaxin vacation. Kevin was very responsive. We would come back!

Family Fishing Vacation

We had 10 adults and 2 kids stay at this home and it was great! There was plenty of space for everyone. The host was very quick with his communication. The lake was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with silverware, cooking Utensils, spices, etc. We brought our boat, and it was easy to dock at the house and launch it at a nearby spot. Thank you!

Beautiful

As usual, the house was perfect! We love the location and the welcoming feel of the house. Kevin the owner always responds quickly to any questions or issues! This was our 2nd year here and we can't wait to get back next year! Highly recommend!

Awesome thanksgiving celebration

Extremely thankful for the accommodations that our host offered. The house was everything it was described in the listing. Kevin was extremely responsive and was able to meet our request. Our yearly Thanksgiving gathering was amazing, around family and a lovely place.

Such a great place to get away!

This home provided a warm, spacious & comfortable place for three families to stay for our daughter’s wedding weekend. The accommodations were better than expected, the kitchen was very well-equipped, and the beds were so comfortable. Peaceful

We enjoyed a family vacation this past week at Kevin's house. What a beautiful spot! Had everything we were looking for. All bedrooms were a very good size and comfortably fit all 9 adults with a room to spare! The house is spacious and the dock and boathouse was great! We spent most of our time in the water. The cove is very quiet and the water was about 80 degrees. Very comfortable for swimming and kayaking. Kevin was a very responsive host and we look forward to coming back some time soon.

We enjoyed the house, each family had their own floor. Well furnished with paper products and kitchen spices. The host was very receptive to our needs or questions. The boat house was well equipped with water floats etc.

Second time renting

Rented this house two years in a row. Owners were great and very communicative however, the house has gone down a lot. People have really been hard on it. Blinds broken, bathroom counter tops broken and the carpets are really bad. The cleaning company the used pretty much at best swept and put the new linens on the bed. Counters were sticky as were the tables and floors. Evidence of mice from all the food crumbs in the cabinets. The owner gave us our cleaning deposit back, which was nice. But it was a pretty rough stay. Was equally as disappointing because it was wonderful the year before. So we decided to come back for a special birthday celebration. The owner was extremely responsive because the stove wasn’t working and had someone come right out. Hopefully they will visit snd see the issues snd fix for the next people who rent.

The view of the sunset just let you know you were definitely on vacation, even though it was just a weekend it definitely was a great location to stay. Everything was exactly as mentioned in the reviews. Would rent this house again. Thank you so much 😊

Family Vacation

Awesome week on Lake Anna

The house, property, and accommodations were outstanding. The lake front property and dock were perfect for the family to hang out at the lake. The house was also spacious and each of the bedrooms were perfect for our family. Overall it was one of the best vacations our family has had on Lake Anna.

Amazing

I really can't say enough about this property. I have never seen such a fully stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were perfect for our girls trip, each of us was able to have our own room. The bedrooms are very spacious. Also, great communication with owners and they were so accommodating. We have never been able to check-in early, and this was the first time; and it made us feel like we had an extra day. I would definitely recommend this property; and plan to book it again myself in the future. The property is beautiful!!

Beautiful home, gracious hosts, cool neighbors

Better than the pictures. Incredibly Spacious kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms and basement. 3 king beds!!!! Perfect for kids and teens and of course adults. Overly stocked kitchen with high end appliances, cleaning supplies and plenty of seating . Amazing soaker bathtubs. Awesome basement with three bedrooms for all the kids. Clean, modern, everything you need for a perfect getaway. Kevin and Kari (and even the neighbors who were in town) were welcoming and helpful. Got a visit from the cops (for something unrelated to us) and even they were nice. Will definitely return!!

Excellent lake house

We rented this house for 12 adults for a boys weekend. Had a great experience. House is fully stocked. Easy communication with the owner. Very easy access to water.
