House Rules

Please return the property in the same condition you found it.
No amplified sound may be audible inside neighboring residences. Noisy outdoor activities are prohibited from 10:00pm-7:00am
Dispose of all trash in provided receptacles.
Wash, dry, and put away all kitchen dishes that were used during the stay.
Guests will be charged $100 for dishes left uncleaned.
Remove any food that you brought with you.
All guests must abide by Riverside County’s Good Neighbor Policy. Guests are responsible for any citations and fines incurred during your stay. Minimum fine starts at $1500 per occurrence.

Pool heat is available for an additional daily fee ($195/night; 3 night consecutive minimum) between October and April. Maximum temperature is 85 degrees. Spa heat is complimentary and included with base reservation.
Mid-stay Cleaning Service is available during your stay for an additional fee with advanced notice.
