The host was very responsive and easy to work with. The property was perfect for my family. Tons of room to kick back and relax. Pool was great !Perfect location with great restaurants near by. If this property is available when you travel to the area, do yourself favor and rent it!

The main floor was nice and the view of the canal was pretty. The pool did not have a heater so we did not go in. The stairs to the second floor had no hand rail on the first half of the staircase. This would be unsafe for small kids. The owner was responsive and friendly via message.

House needs some serious work. Badly damaged ceiling in the lounge that looks like there was a water leak. No banister rail on the stairs is dangerous. I slept in the 3rd bedroom, padlocked closet no real furniture, a 5 blade noisy fan as 1 of the blades had broken off and really cheap IKEA furniture, really uncomfortable. Bathroom vanity lights don’t work, the sectional sofa is covered with loose fabric to cover the stains, the dining table is covered with more fabric to hide the cracks. The house needs serious renovation. The neighborhood is ok but you need to drive everywhere and the local choice of restaurants is basic.
