Newly renovated 4-bedroom 2 bathroom cabin right on the shores of Lake Champlain

Welcome to this charming newly renovated cabin in Crown Point right on the beach overlooking Lake Champlain. Where the old and blend together. This marvelous property not only has amazing views of the lake but also has 4 bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and a kids room with 2 twin beds with a small play table and games for children and family. Dining room with a large table and 8 chairs. Easy laid out kitchen with all new appliances and totally stocked to serve your cooking needs and a complementary coffee, tea and hot chocolate bar. Other amenities like AC, heating, and hair dryers, towels, makeup towels and complementary shampoo and body wash. Our hope is that our guests will feel right at home. The cabin also features 2 bathrooms the downstairs bathroom has a big walk in shower and a cozy living room space with a 55 in tv, a comfy sofa bed, the upstairs bathroom has a beautiful claw foot tub to just calling you to relax and unwind. A large and spacious deck overlooking Lake Champlain with outside seating either on the deck or out on the front patio. There is a playground for the kids, a fishing peninsula, and you can even rent a boat slip that's deeded to the owners for a small fee. Relax at our nice sandy beach, just unwind and enjoy. It's our pleasure to be your hosts on your vacation.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Put key back into the lockbox. Leave any used beds unmade and we will take it from there.
Take trash & recycling out to the gray bins behind the cabin.
Lock all doors and windows, turn heat down to 61 degrees in the winter month ie mini splits and ALL electric heat in bedrooms off. Turn off A/C units in the summer months
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Well-stocked kitchen and pretty much everything else you need for a great stay on the lake! Host was super helpful and communicative. Property is within a short drive of some other tourist sit,es in New York and Vermont. We'll be back!

The property was immaculate. It fit our needs perfectly Lisa was a pleasure to communicate with, always prompt .There were several really nice details. A fully stocked spice rack, luxurious towels and kitchenware. TVs in 2 of the bedrooms. There was a kayak for use on the lake. The deck had a beautiful view of the lake. I would definitely rent it again.

Five stars just doesn’t seem enough for this beautifully situated, completely renovated cabin on Lake Champlain! My family and I had the time of our life kayaking, swimming, fishing and exploring the beauty of the region! Additionally, our host Lisa was extremely responsive and easy to contact. The cabin for our two day stay was excellent. Everything was clean and they had anything you could possibly imagine. Including a canoe and two kayaks. Short walk right down to the water. Owner was easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay and would absolutely come back! The cabin was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and had everything our family needed for a relaxing getaway.Our kids had the best time swimming, fishing, and spending hours outside enjoying the lake. It was the perfect place to unplug and make family memories. The beach area and fishing access were a huge hit, and there was plenty to keep everyone entertained.The host was fantastic from start to finish. No, we weren't on the show it was before we were looking. We found this little gem and Lisa had a vision and Jamie made it come to life. We are very happy with how our Lake Front Cabin turned out and now want to share it you.
