About this property

Quiet neighborhood with sidewalks & about a 15 min. walk to downtown Senoia.

We offer 2 bedrooms, 1 Queen & 2 twin beds. Sleeps 4 maximum!

There is a 2 day minimum stay! Longer stays are very welcome! Please email ahead for discounted, longer stays.

We are a non smoking property.

There are cameras, a doorbell, driveway and patio that we can access as needed.

If you are looking for a place to stay for several weeks, please contact us. We will negotiate extra cleaning & restocking fees that will be agreeable to all parties ahead of booking.

This is close to historic downtown Senoia. It's a 10-15 minute walk or 2-3 min drive to downtown. In the TV show, The Walking Dead, Senoia was known as Woodbury in their 3rd season. Nic & Norman’s (Norman Reedus is Daryl Dixon in TWD) restaurant is on Main Street along with several other resurants, antique stores and candy & coffee shops. It is also a short drive to Pinewood &/or Raleigh Studios. Peachtree City, just minutes away has several golf courses, The Fred ampitheatre has great concerts, BMX, lots of shopping and resturants. Atlanta airport is about a 45 min drive. Also, in Atlanta, there’s the World of Coke, CNN, Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Park, Atlanta Zoo and much more. Stone Mountain is just over an hour’s drive away.


If you are a single traveler, or a couple, needing a place to stay we offer you the queen sized bed & bedroom. Depending on your needs, the other bedroom may be locked.

You will have all the comforts of home including a fully furnished kitchen, full laundry, a large covered patio with 2 ceiling fans & outdoor seating, a small charcoal grill and a fire pit. You will need a car as there isn’t public transportation. Lyft is available if schedule ahead, I have used them to get to and from Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Airport

Golf carts are available to rent in downtown Senoia. Traveling by golf cart is a really great way to explore Senoia. Besides it’s just a lot of fun! Be sure to review all City laws.

We live in the house part time, we will not be there when you are!

The 65" TV is for StreaminG ONLY (we've cut the cord!) we do have the TV connected to a regular antenna as well. You can log into your Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, or any other accounts you may have. For antenna just switch the input to Antenna TV. There’s only one remote!

You will have access to the " Guest" WiFi as well.

Absolutely NO smoking anywhere on the property. No vaping, no pot, no cigars. We charge an extra $1000.00 for smoke odor removal & extra cleaning fee for smoking in, or on, our property. We are non smokers and can smell it a mile away.

There’s a book on the coffee table in the living room with check out instructions. Please be considerate and follow the instructions. Take all of your trash out, empty the fridge of anything you brought, wash and put away all dishes. The dishwasher is new and works great! Don’t make the beds, they have to be stripped and clean sheets put on anyway. Close all doors and windows. Return the ac to 76 degrees in summer or 66 in the winter.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash dishes and put them away.
Turn A/C to 76 in warm months and down to 66 in cold months.
Take everything out of the refrigerator and take all trash outside to the big can.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
2 day minimum stay
We are now a NON-smoking PropertY! We will make a claim on your deposit if it’s found to smell like smoke inside of the house.
Cleaning fees for longer than one (1) week stays will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Generally, it will go up to $250 for 2 weeks or longer.

We stayed here 4 months ago to visit for my daughter’s 16th birthday. We had such a great time and loved the town that we came back. Great location and super clean!

This is the second time I have stayed at this property. My son and his family live nearby and this is a perfect place to stay when I am in town for an extended visit. It is a quaint, quiet neighborhood. Downtown Senoia is a short walk away and there are so many cute shops and places to eat. The house had everything I needed, it was well decorated and super clean. Thank you! I look forward to my next stay!

We really enjoyed staying here. The house was very, very clean, light and airy! Prefect for our short stay and would be perfect a longer stay, too! It just felt very comfortable. Had everything we needed for our weekend getaway! Had no issues at all. Check in was easy and the distance to the downtown area was a only a few mins, if that! Highly recommend staying in this lovely home if you are ever in the area! We will hopefully be back!

The house was wonderful with everything you could need. Very clean and spacious rooms. All appliances were modern/new. The backyard is fenced in and private and very spacious. Nice covered patio for eating al fresco. Check in was very easy and the owner communicated with me in a very timely manner. Everything was pretty easy and as advertised. The neighborhood is wonderful. We were there for Halloween and we liked the neighborhood so much we sat outside and handed out candy. Really fun. Downtown is within walking distance for someone who doesn't mind a little walk. And if you don't care for walking, there is plenty of parking downtown as well. It was just a stress-free relaxing place to be.

We are retired (from our day jobs) in Oklahoma. We enjoy traveling and being with family and friends. Marc is an Army Veteran, retired OKC firefighter & former Scuba Dive instructor. I enjoy helping with the TNR (trap, neuter, release of feral cats) program and wildlife.

Why they chose this property

We bought this house to be close to family, namely a couple of little granddaughters, on a part time basis. We still have most of our family in Oklahoma so can’t quite cut out completely.
We are hoping this gives other people the opportunity to spend quality time away from their homes while seeing new things, making new friends, visiting family or maybe for work away from home.
