En el centro del pueblo encontrarán pequeños museos, galerías de arte, edificios modernistas y todo tipo de tiendas y restaurantes.

Disfrute de Sitges Alojándose en un Apartamento Cómodo rodeado de Pinos. Situado a 500 metros del centro del pueblo y de las playas.

Amplio salón comedor con una práctica y equipada cocina y salida a la terraza.

Aire acondicionado, ventiladores de techo, lavadora, lavaplatos, acceso a internet (banda ancha), TV, Hi-Fi. Calefacción en invierno. Parking privado.

Por las mañanas pueden desayunar tranquilamente en la terraza. Luego ir a la playa o bien pasear hasta el Puerto de Aiguadolç disfrutando de unas vistas espectaculares. En el centro del pueblo encontrarán pequeños museos, galerías de arte, edificios modernistas y todo tipo de tiendas y restaurantes.

Sitges stay

Great property in a good location. Near to everything. Ten minutes walk to the beach and fifteen minutes walk to the station. The balcony was a real bonus and we used it most of the time. Would have no trouble in recommending the property.

Newly Renovated Apartment in a lovely Location We had the pleasure of staying at Blanc Subur for one week. One of my brothers stayed there some years ago and had recommended it to us. The place has just been newly renovated to a very high standard. It is really bright, airy and tastefully decorated. It is in a lovely location. Literally you are a five minute walk to the beach, to restaurants, to shops and supermarkets but at the same time you are surrounded by pine trees. Xavier recommended some really nice places to eat and a good jazz session on Thursday nights. Finding a bottle of Blanc Subur wine on arrival was the perfect touch. Many thanks Joan

Modern, comfortable choice in Sitges

Beautiful apartment and great customer service! Good location about 5 minutes' walk to the beach and 5-10 minutes' walk to the center of town. Nice to be close but not actually IN the center of things, as this apartment is in a quiet relaxing residential area. The apartment is clean and bright, with brand new appliances in the kitchen. We cooked with ease and also found the dishwasher and washing machine to be convenient. A/C is only in the living room, not the bedrooms, but we found it was sufficient to cool the whole apartment when used with the ceiling fans (and this was during a very hot week). The terrace is larger than it looks in the pictures, plenty of room to dine outside and relax. Nice automated canopy shade over the terrace as well. Xavier the owner responded promptly to all requests. We were helped at check-in by Svetlana who was right on schedule, was flexible, and courteous. Check-out was a breeze -- just had to leave keys on the table -- no chores like stripping the beds, etc. Fantastic experience. If we return to Sitges (which is likely) we would definitely stay here again!

Sitges Blanc Subur apartment

Very nice apartment with everything you would need. Good balcony which is bigger that it might look on the photos, although the main living area is a bit smaller than we thought. Good bedrooms with good en-suites. It’s in a peaceful residential area and is a short walk (10 minutes at a leisurely pace) to the nearest beach, but a bit further to the old town, but still a comfortable walking distance. The nearest supermarket is also about ten minutes away. Very good communication with the hosts throughout and although we were delayed, Barbara was there to check us in and was very helpful. Sitges is a very lively, but pleasant town, with loads of eating places, but it’s not cheap. Some restaurants and tapas bars are expensive but some do good, substantial three course menus for less than €30 and the wine is very cheap compared to England with house wine as cheap as €12. Hiring two sun-beds and an umbrella on the beaches costs €30. However there are two beach chairs and an umbrella at the apartment. Another set would have been great! To sum up, we had a great time in this apartment in a really nice resort and can recommend both if you’re looking for a holiday in this part of Spain. We were there in early May and the weather was great.

Stunning, stylish and immaculately presented

Was just going over pics of our stay in Xavier's apartment some weeks back and felt I just had to come write a review and share what a truly awesome stay it was!!! Conveniently located only minutes walk from the beach & town, yet wonderfully tranquil & extremely private. The apartment was laid out like something from an upmarket travel magazine double-spread, with every conceivable convince, subtly & stylishly fitted in, and immaculately clean. Xavier himself is a wonderful host and made the entire experience of our trip to Sitges run like a Swiss watch... many thanks and looking forward to returning soon!!

Un fin de semana súper agradable y para repetir!!!

Es ya la cuarta vez que elegimos este apartamento por la excelente limpieza, la ropa de cama, las toallas . . . El mobiliario es nuevo y está todo en perfecto estado. La ubicación es excelente. En una zona tranquila a 4 min del paseo Marítimo y a 6 min del centro del pueblo. La amabilidad del propietario y de su asistente es absoluta. Inmejorable!!! The best place to stay in Sitges if you are looking for a high quality apartament, best ubication and nice people.

A haven in beautiful Sitges!

Apartment Blanc Subur was absolutely wonderful in every possible way! A short walk to the beaches and town (10-15 mins) but quiet enough to escape the crowds at the end of the day. The apt was VERY clean, modern, comfortable and perfectly appointed. It had everything we needed for a week for our family of 4, including a lovely patio, bag of sand toys, a beautiful bowl of fruit, wine and water upon our arrival, comfortable beds and lots of cookware. Xavier made the reservation process very easy as well as well as our arrival and departure (even offering to host our luggage after check out as we had a few hours to spare prior to our train departure). We hope to return as we made many wonderful memories in Sitges and loved our accommodations.

GREAT APARTMENT

This apartment was great. It was cosy and modern. We were two of us and each had our own bedroom and bathroom, which was perfect. The kitchen had everything, even champagne glasses. Svetlana was always reachable, whenever we had some questions. We were able to contact her easily, before and while we were there. Location was very convenient. From there we were able to do one-day trips, including visits to some vineyards and wineries in the Penedes and Priorat region. The parking space, right next to the front door of the building, was absolutely handy. We will certainly come back!!! Molly

A wonderful – home away – from home

Blanc Subur was perfect for our family of four. Our daughters (10 and 12) appreciated having the privacy of their own bathroom. The home was super clean and tastefully decorated. We really liked the location. Close to town centre and beaches, but just far enough to be quiet and restful. Sitges is a wonderful town with beautiful beaches, nice shops and good food. Lovely time

My husband and I had a lovely time. Xavier and Svetlana were really easy to communicate with before and during our stay and they were very welcoming. Really delighted

We booked Blanc Subur for a family trip. When we arrived, Alvaro picked us up from the airport. He took us to the apartment where Svetlana greeted us. She was extremely helpful; she explained things in the apartment and was able to tell us about things to do in Sitges. The apartment itself was gorgeous. The place was an ideal size for the four of us i.e. with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is close enough to the town centre (maybe 5 to 10 minutes’ walk) and yet quiet enough; it is located in a peaceful street with lots of pine trees. For anyone who hasn’t been to Sitges, there are plenty of nice beaches, museums, restaurants, bakeries, cafes, bars, clubs and shops with big brand names as well as boutique. We had a lot of fun, enjoyed the sun, did some shopping and had some excellent food. We would definitely recommend the apartment and Sitges to anyone looking for a lovely place to spend their holidays.

Très agréable et bien placé !

Très bel appartement au 1er étage, tout équipé deux chambres, deux salles de bains, refait à neuf dans un décor très design et très pur. Appartement très bien situé à proximité du centre et des plages. Nous avons connu un désagrément avec la plaque qui s'est réglé immédiatement sans pour cela que nous soyons redevable de quoique ce soit. Très agréable séjour nous recommandons cet appartement. Un Séjour Vraiment Fantastique

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique au Sitges. Nous avons séjourné au Blanc Subur et il y avait absolument tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre famille. Quel endroit merveilleux ! Des que nous arrivons, Svetlana nous a reçu avec les clés et elle a était très gentil, nous a expliqué des possibilités pour voyager a Barcelone et nous a fait sentir comme chez nous. L'appartement était très propre, tout est très chic ! Le plus incroyable : il y avait tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir envie ou besoin… Avoir un parking gratuit était un avantage aussi ! Mais l'emplacement de cet appartement est bien proche de la mer et du centre de Sitges, c'est super donc de pouvoir se promener à beaucoup de sites sans voiture. Nous avons adoré cet endroit et nous adorons Sitges! Merci! J'y retournerai sans hésiter quand nous reviendrons.

What a Fantastic Holidays!!!

This is the most perfect relaxed holiday get away. The sea is in 5 minutes walk, with the beautiful promenade, lots of lovely beaches, shops, restaurants and bars to chill out. The apartment is immaculate as it does in the photos and clearly much loved, with a good taste and very comfy beds. The kitchen, with quality equipments, the balcony is well-kept…., the perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal.There are two bathrooms which is very practical when everybody is coming back from the beach. The contact with Xavier, the owner who is very responsive was excellent, which helped us to book in the best conditions. Svetlana, with kindness and a wonderful smile, checked us in, and could not have been better that Milan who came to pick us up at the airport and gave us a tour to the wine country, excellent! We are already considering to come back next year,most certainly!!!

Amazing home in sitges!!

My name is silvia and i spent my easter holiday with two friend in this amazing apartment. We discover the house through this website and already from the photo posted we felt in love with it! The house is even more beautiful from real, very clean and well organised. We loved to have breakfast on the terrace with the quiet of that area and the sun always there. The apartment is very easy to reach from the station, which is close, and from the promenade where you can have a lovely dinner in one of the numerous restaurant. The owner is a really lovely person, always helpful! He suggested us where to eat a good spanish dinner and he was right, best paella ever! I will definitely suggest this apartment to all my friend and will surely come back on my own to feel again the quiet and the beauty of this place.

Très bel appartement

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances encore cette année dans cet appartement de Sitges : très bien placé (près de la gare avec train direct pour Barcelone et également à cinq minutes de la plage), super confortable (une salle de bains par chambre, ventilation, clim, electro ménager), un grand balcon pour y prendre les repas et un propriétaire extrêmement sympathique. Nous avons tellement apprécié la station et l'appartement que nous y sommes revenus d'été en été. Une location que nous recommandons. Un couple de français avec deux adolescents,

Magnifiques vacances

Je voulais faire un commentaire pour vous recommander tout cet appartement. Nous étions deux personnes avec 2 enfants, et nous sommes habitués à louer des apparts...mais peu de fois nous étions si bien comme ici. Des que nous arrivons il y avais une personne pour nous accueillir, qui nous a informer des endroits pour visiter et autres questionnes intéressantes. L'appart est très proche de la mer (il faut marcher 400m tout droit) mais aussi dans un petit quartier tranquille et pas brouillant, entouré de jolis arbres... Dans l'appart tout est niquel, les salles des bains sont super propres et les dortoirs super confortables et indépendants (avec tv, une salle de bains pour chaque dortoirs), parfait pour nos deux enfants, qui voulait faire un peu sa vie... La cuisine, la salle à manger, tout est neuf mais avec bon gout. Le grand balcon idéel pour manger tranquilles... C’était des merveilleuses vacances!!

Excellent compact apartment with everything you need in a great location

Our family of four stayed for 81 (!) days. We're used to a lot more space, but we had a blast in Xavier's apartment. It is compact, but so efficiently laid out and well-equipped that we had no problems staying for almost three months. The kitchen was well set up and had most of the things needed to cook nice simple meals (and now it has a few more things!). The bathrooms are great, particularly the newly renovated one. The location is awesome—five minute walk to the town, and the same to the beach. Enjoyed daily walks with the family into town for food, drinks, etc., and nearly daily runs along the sea. Perfect, quiet location, but close to the action for Carnaval and other things. A few little things came up over the long period that we were there, but Xavier and Svetlana worked hard and as efficiently as possible to get things fixed. Oh, the parking spot was super convenient. Overall, we would do it again, for sure!

Super appartement (dommage le train)

Un appartement super, rien à dire hormis la proximité avec la voie de chemin de fer (sans le train j'aurais mis 5 étoiles). L'appartement était d'une propreté irréprochable, l'équipement était parfait. L'accueil de Svetlana à été parfait, ainsi que sa réactivité car un soir vers 20h00 nous n'avions plus d'eau. Nous l'avons appelé et 15 minutes plus tard elle était là. Elle à passé plusieurs coup de téléphone, et vers 21h00 un monsieur est arrivé, il s'est avéré que le pompe de la résidence était en cours circuit, il à fait le nécessaire pour la remettre en route. Merci donc à Svetlana et à cette personne d'avoir réagit si vite. En résumé, nous avons passé un excellent séjour, nous serions prêt à y retourner malgré la proximité du train, l'appartement est tellement bien, que ça compense ce petit désagrément. Bruno Canovas...
