Located in a quiet residential area at the intersection of Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, and Ontario.

This newly renovated detached house, spanning approximately 10,000 square feet, blends bohemian modern design with a “swing” theme, exuding a natural, bright, and comfortable atmosphere in every detail.

The home has its own private entrance and is completely separate for guest access. Please note that there is a smaller unit located on the east side of the property. The front yard, backyard, and laundry room are shared areas.

Host is very responsive. The house is very cute and clean. Great location in the IE. Close to shops and airport. Great size yard. Sunshine was on full blast for us Pacific Northwesterners.

will not do busines with this host ever!! Property description was deceiving & lacke pertinent information. There is no hot tub, jacuzzi , spa or bidet as noted in the description. There was no mention of shared property, shared walls, & shared common areas front yard & backyard. The main house large bedroom has a door leading to a laundry room. We learned it was a shared property when a man was in the laundry room. He was staying in the garage that was converted into a bedroom. Not enough towels for each person and we had to wash them to reuse them. Host request to not wear shoes inside the home so we complied only to discover our feet were filthy from walking on the dirty floors. Pillows did not all have cases so we put a towel over it. One of the room with a single queen bed was very hard and uncomfortable as is the sofa in the livingroom. The home sleeps 8 but the sofa seat 2-3 and is very uncomfortable. Messaging between the me and the host was very inconsistent, and they kept sending me inaccurate information but yet admitted there was no hot tub and the property was shared. The property description has since been edited. Host request not to wear shoes in the residence so we complied, the floors were filthy and our feet were black. They had 2 used pairs of used house slippers at the door. One of the Queen bed was hard as a rock! NOTE SEVERAL BACK AND FORTH MESSAGES TO THE HOST COULD NOT RESOLVE THE PROBLEMS. THANKFULLY VRBO WAS VERY HELPFUL AND REFUNDED US
