True Ski-in, Ski-out Renovated 2BR Sugarbush Snow Creek Condo

Welcome to Jim’s Place! Brand-new-to-market luxury condo in the highly desirable Snow Creek community at Sugarbush Resort. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat is a true ski-on, ski-off end unit, positioned right on the mountain beside the Cat’s Meow and Racer’s Edge trails, offering unbeatable access and stunning views.

You will find this unit is as true ski-on, ski-off as you can get. Walk out your door, take a few steps, pop your skis on, and you are off. Ski all morning, glide home for lunch or hot chocolate and warm up by the electric fireplace, then head right back out.

The luxury master bedroom features a completely updated master bath and beautiful built-ins for storage and a TV. Both bedrooms include king beds for comfort, sleeping up to four guests.

The open-concept living area is bright and comfortable, featuring mountain-inspired décor, large windows with natural light, and Apple TV for streaming your favorite shows or movies. The fully stocked kitchen includes high-end appliances, a wine fridge, and a coffee station, panini press, crockpot - everything you need to cook or entertain.

The unit includes high-speed Wi-Fi, a private ski locker at the entrance, and parking for 1–2 vehicles. Unfortunately we cannot accomodate more than two vehicles. The condo is professionally cleaned after every stay to ensure a pristine guest experience.

No pets allowed. Please do not ask- this is strictly enforced by the HOA and is not at the decision of owners.
No parties or events. Please respect quiet hours (after 9:30 PM). This is a quiet, owner-focused community; please be respectful of neighbors.

This is truly ski on ski off at Sugarbush directly across from the Valley house lodge with our favorite Apres Spot, the WunderBar. The condo is immaculate and was spacious and relaxing for us and the other couple we stayed with. It was great that each bedroom had a king bed. Chris our host was very easy to deal with and because that didn’t have a booking the following day accommodated our request for a late check out. They didn’t have to do that, but it was appreciated. We will be back!

We live in CT as a family of four. We named this condo "Jim's Place" after our Dad Jim. He loved to ski and he would have loved to have a place like this. This is a place where friends and family can create a lot of memories together, enjoying the magic of Vermont, simpler times being together and beauty in all of the seasons.

Why they chose this property

We love this location. We stayed at Snow Creek a few times as renters and fell in love with its proximity to the mountain.

What makes this property unique

Truly you cannot get closer to the slopes! End unit in Snow Creek directly on/off several trails - Cat's Meow and Racer's Edge. Valley House Lift and Super Bravo Express are right outside the door. Walk home from Wunderbar! No effort, no lugging kids skis and boots. No battling crowds for expensive lodge lunch. Convenient, easy and fun!
