The hallway houses a clean, modern bathroom with a tub/shower, and the unit has a washer and dryer in it!

Coconuts features beautifully maintained shared grounds with lush tropical landscaping. During your stay, you’ll have access to a shared swimming pool and convenient propane barbecue grills—perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal outdoors.



Other Things to Note:

For your convenience, the home includes 2 beach chairs, , a beach umbrella, and all the bath towels, beach towels, and linens you'll need—everything ready for a relaxing stay!



2 cars maximum is able to park in the two dedicated "117" parking spaces. For any over flow there is parking on the road. Always remember to park the way of traffic with all 4 tires off the pavement. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group.
